If it’s too good to be true then it is, 90 % of the time.  But this time Integrity Auto Sales and Leasing with its reputation for delivering clean Car Fax guaranteed vehicles, that also sells to High Line dealers, has gone against all odds and brings you this 2011 Ford F250 XLT that cannot be told from new except for the miles.
Loaded to the max including the 6.2 engine, 4X4 drive train with lock-out hubs, 142”wheel base, 80” (inside) bed and the full towing braking system this vehicle can’t be beat.  They put so much equipment into this truck it sounds like I am bragging or that I am describing a high price exotic foreign car.
I have looked in and out, up and down and have only found three imperfections which of course are shown in the pictures.
The mileage is high, the title is clean and only the smart will be interested as we are going to sell this vehicle for what you would have to pay for a much older truck.  No matter how far the average driver will go in the next few years this vehicle will start making you money now as the mileage will catch up to itself and what ever repairs are needed eventually, it is still a 2011 truck.
This is truly that “deal” as your initial savings are anywhere from five to fifteen thousand dollars depending on equipment, location and condition.  Don’t be the one to say I should have, be the one to say “I DID”.
AS WITH ALL OUR VEHICLES A FREE CAR FAX IS YOURS FOR THE ASKING.  PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE........

The big dune jump and the damage done

Mon, 20 May 2013

The Silver Lake sand dunes see their fair share of well-built trophy trucks executing impressive jumps. Drivers build insane pieces of machinery for the express purpose of sailing through the air like mad men and women.
Mike Higgins is no stranger to the area. His heavily modified Ford trophy truck has gone flying through the sky on more than one occasion, but he recently bit off more than he could chew. After hitting a particularly lofty dune, Higgins went airborne for a ridiculous 180 feet before becoming intimately familiar with the finer points of gravity.
While Higgins nailed the jump, his landing fell short of wowing the judges. The impact very nearly broke his truck in two. Despite the mechanical mayhem, the driver walked away without a scratch, proving that occasionally miracles really do happen. You can check out the jump and the subsequent destruction below for yourself. Be warned: there's a fair bit of foul language.

Ford E-Series chassis cabs and cutaways to survive mass Transit onslaught

Fri, 18 Apr 2014

In March 2013, Ford announced we'd be getting chassis cab and cutaway versions of the Transit. Since incoming Transit vans will soon be rolling over the grave of the E-Series van, it was assumed that all E-Series models would go six feet under as well. According to a report from PickupTrucks.com, however, that's not the case, the report claiming that the highly modifiable E-350 and E-450 chassis cab and cutaway versions will continue being produced in Avon Lake, Ohio "at least until 2020."
Being decades old, the be-cabbed E-Series platform has found its way under an army of heavy-duty shuttle buses, work truck and ambulances. Ford spokeswoman Jessica Enoch verified the production horizon, telling Autoblog that the particular E-Series configuration "are a higher GVWR than the Transit chassis cab and cutaway (available this summer), which is more Class 2 and a new segment for us." So there you have it.

Ford ditching Microsoft in favor of BlackBerry QNX for next-gen Sync?

Mon, 24 Feb 2014

Ask the average consumer - at least, those who follow the goings-on in the automotive industry - which carmaker they'd most closely associate Microsoft, and the answer you'd most likely get would be Ford. The Blue Oval automaker, after all, was at the forefront of bringing Microsoft technology into cars with its pioneering Sync system, and, though reality didn't turn out as such, Ford's CEO was recently touted as a potential future head of the Redmond-based software giant. But that relationship, according to the latest reports, could be coming to an end.
Alan Mullaly kiboshed the idea of leaving Dearborn for Redmond, but more importantly Ford is tipped to be ditching Microsoft in developing its next-generation Sync system. In its place, Ford is expected to partner with BlackBerry's QNX division.
Now, before you go balking "BlackBerry?! But they're finished!" consider that QNX is (or at least was) an independent entity that Research In Motion (as BlackBerry's Ontario-based parent company was then known) just happened to have bought back in 2010. QNX provides control systems to everything from nuclear power plants and UAVs to automakers like Audi, BMW and Porsche.
