WOW WHAT A TRUCK!

For Sale 2008 Ford F350 Super Duty XL 4-door extended cab. 6.4L twin turbo diesel! with 6sp Manuel transmission only 76k miles. I bought this truck as a project for myself, the transmission seized up so it needs a new transmission. I bought it with a salvage title, the truck slid off the road when the transmission stuck, but it doesn't have much body damage besides a few dents and scratches. However before I had it all fixed up I bought a 2010 Dodge, so now I have to sell this one. It has a lot of performance upgrades. I bought it with them on so I'm not sure of all that it has, this much I know .. straight pipe with a DPF filter delete. Sinister complete EGR delete. AFE cold air in take. South Bend Clutch, may need replaced with transmission. the truck has a new transfer case...These are too name a few. I'm not sure what else it has on it. The truck starts and runs no check engine, airbag, or any other light is on. It is being sold with a PA salvage title sold AS IS no warranty. Former Ford president, Jaguar chairman Nick Scheele dead at 70

We have the privilege here at Autoblog of reporting a lot of good news, but it is our duty as well to report the bad news and sad news as well. And this is one of those occasions as the automotive industry mourns the passing of one of its leaders.
Nick Scheele was born in the UK in 1944 and joined the Ford Motor Company upon graduating from the University of Durham in 1966, staying within the Blue Oval's portfolio for the entirety of his career. After moving to North America in 1978, he rose through the ranks to become president of Ford's Mexican operations in 1988. After acquiring Jaguar, Ford appointed Scheele as its chairman.
Scheele subsequently acted as chairman of all of Ford's European operations, making difficult decisions to take the division out of the red and into the black. He briefly headed up Ford's North American division before he was appointed in 2001 as president and chief operating officer of the global automaker, working under CEO Bill Ford following the departure of Jacques Nasser departure and retaining the role until his retirement in 2005.

This should not have gone this easily. Having a long and checkered history of simple projects punctuated by much wailing and gnashing of knuckles, I was fully prepared to embark on a seven-day journey down a rabbit hole of broken bolts, internet hearsay and consternation when I finally decided to lay hands on the '89 Mustang with the goal of relieving the car of its stock rear axle. Instead, it took less than a full morning's worth of work to carve the old 7.5-inch solid axle from its moorings and mock up something, well, different.

Ford announces bevy of recalls, 2 of which are recalls on recalls

Ford has announced five separate recalls, affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
It's not been a great couple of weeks for Ford. On October 30, the company announced a 205,000-unit recall, and yesterday, it was revealed that the Ford brand's year-over-year sales were down over 5,000 units while the company itself was down 3,000 units over through October. Now, the company has announced five separate recalls affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
