YOU ARE VIEWING AN ORIGINAL UNRESTORED 1956 FORD FAIRLANE VICTORIA 2-DR HARDTOP. THIS CAR WAS SOLD NEW AT ROZAN MOTORS IN MITCHELL AND HAS SPENT ITS ENTIRE LIFE IN DRY, ARID SO. DAKOTA….. 47K ACTUAL AND DOCUMENTED MILES FROM NEW. IT IS STILL WEARING THE ORIGINAL FACTORY COLONIAL WHITE PAINT AND HAS NO RUST.  THE CAR WAS IN DRY STORAGE  FROM 1972-2014 AND WAS RECENTLY BROUGHT BACK TO RUNNING CONDITION RECEIVING A NEW BRAKE SYSTEM, FUEL SYSTEM INCLUDING GAS TANK,  EXHAUST SYSTEM, AND TIRES. ALL SYSTEMS WERE SERVICED AND FLUIDS CHANGED. ORIGINAL SPARE IS STILL IN THE TRUNK AND NEVER BEEN DOWN. ALL GLASS IS GOOD EXCEPT FOR ONE SMALL CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD THAT’S BEEN THERE SINCE 1959. INTERIOR IS FACTORY ORIGINAL EXCEPT FOR CARPET, FACTORY HEADLINER IS BEAUTIFUL. CAR RUNS AND DRIVES AWSOME AND IS EQUIPPED WITH FACTORY POWER STEERING, REAR FENDER SHIELDS, AND ROCKER TRIM. CHROME IS EXTREAMLY NICE WITH LITTLE TO NO PITTING…. Footnote.  I don't mean to be brash about selling a car, but this car is not an example that you will come across very often.  I know what I have searched out and found over the years. I like un-restored cars....with original factory paint. With original paint, you know the body underneath that you are buying. While I appreciate nicely restored cars, I do not own restored vehicles. Some of the so-called best restored cars have been hit, thrown together, etc. Not for me. I used to own restored cars but not anymore. Too many issues...the body being hit, rust, major components being lifted from another car, reproduction parts, and poor workmanship being some of the important ones. It is worth searching and finding the GOOD original UNRESTORED cars.....and if it costs more money once you have found what you are looking for...and it should...it's worth every penny....at least to me.  Nothing better than to look at that car in your garage knowing that the car you own is one that the factory built and not one built by a local shop doing their best imitation of the original. Not my cup of tea. Nobody does it like the factory, and that is truly reflected in today’s values and desirability of UNRESTORED classic cars. SERIOUS BIDDERS/BUUYERS ONLY.IF YOU HAVE ANY NON PAYING VIOLATIONS, PLEASE MOVE ON. THANK-YOU.

Ford unveils next-gen S-Max in Europe

Tue, 16 Sep 2014

Let's get this unfortunate though important tidbit out of the way right off the bat: The Ford S-Max isn't sold in the United States, and it's not coming here, at least not anytime soon. And so it's with our European friends in mind that we share this information about the next-gen S-Max (previewed about a year ago in concept form) that is set to debut all across Europe next year and will be shown off at the upcoming Paris Motor Show. Now, moving on...
As with the first-gen S-Max, the new model will boast seating for seven passengers, along with a decent amount of storage space, all packed into a relatively reasonably sized package. Powering the front wheels (or optionally all four) will be the buyer's choice of EcoBoost gasoline-turbocharged or turbo-diesel four-cylinder engines along with automatic and manual transmission options. Included in the mix is a new 1.5-liter EcoBoost with 160 horsepower, though the 240-horse 2.0 is likely to be seen as the headliner.
There are all kinds of new technologies on offer, ranging from Adaptive Steering to Dynamic LED Headlamps with Glare-Free Highbeams, and it's all housed inside new, more sleekly designed bodywork riding atop a chassis with new suspension architecture designed to make the S-Max a people-hauler that's still fun to drive. For all the details, we suggest you scroll down below to read through Ford's official press release.

RWD Lincolns are coming, fate depends partly on MKZ success

Tue, 04 Dec 2012

The product portfolio at Lincoln may seem a bit sparse at the moment, but if a report is to be believed, new products are on the way. TheDetroitBureau.com spoke with sources at Lincoln and Ford, who claimed the American premium brand is working on, perhaps more than one, rear-wheel-drive vehicle.
Lincoln would likely platform-share with the next-generation Ford Mustang to develop those RWD offerings in the early going. Moving forward, the report indicates that Lincoln could take the lead on other rear-drive projects in the future. As the RWD architecture continues to take shape, "most or all" of the front-wheel-drive portfolio will also be offered with all-wheel drive as an option, ala Audi.
But wait, there's more! The report also suggests that a replacement for the full-size MKS is on the way, as well as a new Navigator and a luxury crossover based on the current Ford Escape.

James Franco and tiger tease Ford Super Bowl commercial

Sat, 01 Feb 2014

Ford has just released a teaser for its Super Bowl ad, and unlike just about every other automaker, it seems that the Blue Oval is going to make us wait until Sunday to see the full spot. The teaser is, um, strange.
It stars James Franco, who believes he is Ron Riggle, the comedian, Fox NFL Sunday host and retired Marine lieutenant colonel. There's also a tiger. The vague spot has Franco claiming that "this is no ordinary commercial." You'll note on the bottom right, there's a Ford logo and the hashtag #nearlydouble.
According to Automotive News, it's part of a massive viral effort being pushed forward by Ford and its dealerships. Ford sent different teasers and "vignettes" to dealership employees and asked them to share them on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, in the hopes of creating a viral effect.
