Suspension:
Gabriel air shocks and 2" lowering blocks in the rear. Air adjustment is on the rear bumper above the license plate.

Ride actually isn't bad at all. While its not the best handling car it's the perfect cruiser.

Engine:
Factory 170 2.8 online 6
Recent holley 1904 carb
New rubber fuel hose wrapped in DEI heat shield above the header to prevent vapor lock

All new bulbs in the gauge cluster
New flasher behind the cluster forgot if it was for the coolant or gas gauge.
Nice floor mats front and rear
New white ostrich print door cards very cool and classy look. Original door cards will be provided.
All lights work but sometimes the turn signals act up but that can be fixed before the sale because when I removed the front signals I believe a bulb was burnt out when I removed them so new bulbs should fix it.

Exterior:
Previous owner stated it was painted 2 years ago.
It's basically flat blue with gloss and flaked white roof.
Factory roof rack (rare)
Hand pinstriping on the hood, front fenders, tail gate and dash all done by some famous artist honestly the PO told me and I forgot before I could write down his name. Very nice quality work.
The rear window does work and is power either by key or interior button.
All windows work as should buy the driver window could use new rollers they are like $1.99 each and 6 per window if I remember correctly. Functions as is when you roll the window down past about 4 inches to the bottom it drops the rest of the way. You can use 2 fingers to pick it back up if u pull it back to the 4 inch mark it'll roll up on its own.

I know a lot about this car as I've spent countless hours researching and working on the car. I know it inside and out so any questions feel free to ask. Also have most receipts from stuff I purchased and the exhaust work I had done. These will be given to the buyer as most items carry a warranty. Serious inquiries only.

Ford pits Cobra Jet versus GRC Fiesta ST, worlds collide

Thu, 31 Oct 2013

Racing takes on many forms in the automotive world. There are sanctioned events that are as varied and diverse as NASCAR, Formula One, Global Rallycross and drag racing, and to be good enough to win competitively in one discipline, you need to have a specialized vehicle. Or do you?
Ford decided to find out what would happen when its Global Rallycross Fiesta ST, driven by Tanner Foust, lined up against its Mustang Cobra Jet drag racer, driven by Roy Hill. In one lane, Tanner has just 2.0 liters of displacement to work with, while Roy has more than double that, at 5.0 liters. Evening the playing field a bit, Tanner has a massive turbocharger and all-wheel drive; Roy has to filter all his supercharged power through the rear wheels only.
So, who wins? We suggest you see for yourself in the press release and video below. And we're holding out hope that Tanner's challenge at the end results in another video from Ford Racing...

2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor Supercrew

Fri, 15 Mar 2013

I'm not normally a pickup kind of guy, but the 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor won me over nearly instantly. The street-legal trophy truck - there is really no other way to accurately describe it - is big, brawny and incredibly capable. Let's just say it's every bit the monster it visually portrays. I spent a week pretending I was one of Ford's Baja 1000 drivers, but lacking desert sand, I headed into the local mountains where a mild winter storm had dropped a couple inches of fresh snow on my favorite off-road park. The Ford was, for the most part, practically unstoppable.
Ford offers its SVT Raptor package on Supercab and Supercrew platforms with the five-foot, five-inch bed. The Supercrew I tested rides on a 144-inch wheelbase (about a foot longer than the Supercab). In addition to its cosmetic differences when compared to the standard F-150 - there isn't a young boy on the planet who doesn't think the matte black Ford grille is cool - the Raptor has a 73.6-inch track - nearly seven inches wider than the track on the standard F-150.
After upgrading the F-150 SVT Raptor significantly for the 2012 model year, there are only a few changes for 2013. The list includes standard high-intensity discharge (HID) headlamps, Hill Descent Control, forged beadlock-capable wheels, and the new matte Terrain color (aka "Desert Storm") option seen on my test model.

2015 Ford F-150 appearance guide takes the truck from mild to wild with options

Thu, 31 Jul 2014

We already know that the 2015 Ford F-150 has a base price coming in at just $395 more than the 2014 model, despite all of the new standard tech and aluminum-intensive construction in the upcoming version. Now the Blue Oval is finally giving us an idea of what that extra money actually buys customers, with the release of the appearance guide for its latest pickup.
The guide basically explains everything you could want to know about what changes occur among the multitude of trims on the 2015 F-150. There are five levels for the new truck. Although, that is something of a misnomer because most of them are also available with either Sport or Chrome packages, plus the FX4 Off-Road option with Hill Descent Control, an electronic-locking rear axle, off-road shocks and skid plates. With 13 available colors, including 4 new ones, and 14 wheel designs in various sizes, pickup buyers should have no problem specing one to fit their style.
The lineup starts out with the base XL with a black grille and fascia and 17-inch wheels. However, across most of the range the Sport and Chrome packages are also available to add either body-color or chrome accents, respectively. Next up is the XLT with a standard chrome grille but also available with a black, billet-style one with a body-color surround. Things really start getting plush with the Lariat model with leather trim, a three-bar front end and 18-inch wheels. The King Ranch sticks with that look but adds power running boards, 20-inch wheels and two-tone paint. Finally, the top-dog Platinum is all about bling with yet another frontal design, chrome door handles and mirror caps, a big logo running across the tailgate and more.
