2013 Ford Fusion SE I had purchased this vehicle from a company cared Carsense They only take the TOP 5% of all used vehicles onto their lots. So this car is in TOP SHAPE. I can email you a video or something that shows it better than these pictures if you like. I added vent visors to the doors and also have an unopened box of all weather floor mats for the whole car. ( I NEVER drove the car in rain or snow ) So I havent needed the floor mats yet. Hence why they are still in the box. This car got perfect care and has no weird smells or anything of that sort. This is probably the BEST conditioned 2013 that you are going to find anywhere and it wasnt driven in anything but sunny weather while I owned it. Im only selling it because I bought a Mustang today and Im not sure that I want to own three vehicles. (also have a honda) Logically I should sell something but Im NOT going to give it away. Ill sell if the price is right. If not then Im keeping it! This is a GREAT CAR! (it also has the ultra rare solid TAN colored interior) NOTE: This car is NOT an ecoboost. It is the regular 2.5 engine. ( I got that regular engine on purpose because it has a solid history and will last over 200,000 miles with no problems) Ecoboost engines cant say that. Read the history of them and their lack of reliability after you hit 100,000 miles. (it will be expensive to maintain an ecoboost engine) But not the 2.5 that is in this Fusion SE that Im selling. This engine also got GREAT gas mileage! It was better than what they had listed for the vehicle. (guess I got lucky with that) Again ... this is a great car! Thanks for looking. :)

Watch this awesome R/C car chase scene made with cardboard and glue

Fri, 22 Feb 2013

It never ceases to amaze us how much video production talent you can find on YouTube, especially when considering movies like Battleship actually exist on the silver screen. It's even better, of course, when cars are involved, which is why we can't stop watching this car chase between a pair of radio controlled Ford Mustangs.
Racing through a detailed set built in the middle of a public street using just "cardboard, hot glue and spray paint," this video is possibly even greater than The Greatest R/C Car Chase Ever that we saw last year. With the exception of a fruit stand and/or a plate-glass window being carried across the street, this has all the makings of a classic cliché chase scene.
Scroll down to watch the scaled-down action ensue as well as the full-scale conclusion.

Jay Leno and Lee Iacocca reflect on 50 years of Ford Mustang

Mon, 30 Dec 2013

Lee Iacocca oversaw the birth of the Ford Mustang back in the 1960s, rocketing the new pony car nameplate into million-unit sales territory in its initial go-round and cementing its place in the history books. Thus, we were immediately drawn to this latest episode of Jay Leno's Garage, in which the funnyman hosts Iacocca for a look at the origins of Ford's most iconic sports car. The legendary auto exec is looking notably more frail than when we last saw him, but if we're being asked around as a video guest when we're 89 years old, we'll consider that evidence of a life well lived.
Serial No. 0001 is on hand for the occasion for Jay's romp through history, as is the historic Mustang 1 showcar from 1962. Of course, the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang GT (in prototype form) makes an appearance at the end of the episode with chief engineer Dave Pericak, as well. Get some, below.

Ford reveals EcoBoost-powered Riley prototype for Daytona 24

Tue, 01 Oct 2013

It's not the first time Ford has participated in the Daytona Prototype class as an engine supplier, but in revealing this new EcoBoost V6-powered Riley Technologies prototype for the new United SportsCar Championship, Ford is making a statement: "We want to show Ford EcoBoost's capabilities as an engine that provides both performance and fuel economy, on and off the track," says Jamie Allison, director of Ford Racing.
In addition to supplying the 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6, Ford had its production designer Garen Nicoghosian give the racecar brand-inspired design cues with support from Ford Racing chief aerodynamicist Bernie Marcus.
The car is scheduled to compete at next year's Rolex 24 at Daytona on January 25-26, but before that, Michael Shank Racing is working with Ford at another goal. Driving his Ford Thunderbird, NASCAR champion Bill Elliott set the track's top speed record at 210.364 miles per hour during a qualifying run for the Daytona 500 - way back in 1987 -- and Ford thinks it's about time for that record to fall. What better time the introduction of this new Ford-powered Daytona Prototype? Michael Shank Racing plans to use the twin-turbo V6-powered racer to beat Elliott's record, and it expects to begin prepping for the top-speed run on October 9.
