First time offered after years of dry storage is an original 1930 Ford Model A Pickup. The truck currently runs, drives and stops. The wheels pictured are 1935 Ford rims (with port a walls) but the original rims go along with the truck as well. The truck was painted red many years ago over the original black paint with the only prior bodywork done was to the drivers side fenders where they were known to split. The truck is very solid but with anything of this age will need some work if you decide to go that route. This truck is a true piece of history with many options available to the new owner. Father son project, great advertising piece for your business, rat rod, street rod or full blown restoration project. The possibilities are endless. I am selling this for a friend as she does not use a computer and her husband, a retired coal miner, wants her to sell it. I can get the contact information to serious buyers. The truck is being sold as is where is and there is a reasonable reserve placed on the truck. 2013 Ford F-150 Limited
Mon, 28 Jan 2013The Ford F-150 received yet another new model for the 2013 model year, the Limited trim, bringing the ways you can order this country's most popular vehicle to a grand total of 10. There really is an F-150 to suit any need now, and the Limited variant slots in at the very top of the range, above the already pampering Platinum model.
While normally I would admit that I'm the least-appropriate person to test a pickup, the fact that this particular trim places a much higher premium on luxury than anything with a bed and Blue Oval badge before it means that I don't need the workman chops of a skilled tradesman to judge how well this truck meets its true aim.

Ford calling in 28k Edge crossovers over fuel line leak
Thu, 16 Jan 2014A problem with the fuel line on certain examples of the Ford Edge has prompted the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to issue a recall. The issue revolves around the metal housing on the fuel line pulse damper, which was apparently improperly manufactured in the first place and is prone to crack in certain circumstances, leading to a fuel leak. And as we all know, a fuel leak is not a good thing.
The problem affects model year 2012 and 2013 Edge crossovers equipped with the 2.0-liter engine and manufactured between September 2, 2010 and April 25, 2013 - a total of 27,933 units. Although the Lincoln MKX is closely related to the Edge, since it isn't offered with the same engine (to which the problem is related), the recall does not include the premium-badged version. Ford Explorer Jackson Pollock Edition results in trip to hospital
Tue, 02 Jul 2013Among the many useful pieces of driving advice we've taken to heart over the years, "Safely secure all cargo" is etched pretty high on our personal stone tablets. We've had a couple of frustrating moments over the years (numerous wonky cupholders and too-tall lidded cups; a radar detector that released its suction cups and dashed itself below the dashboard, etc.), but never anything like the scene above.
These photos above come courtesy of the Washington State Patrol, and they show the unfortunate aftermath of a driver, his dog, and his Ford Explorer after it crashed near the town of Belfair last week. According to reports, the man was schlepping five-gallon containers of paint inside his vehicle when he was involved in an unexplained accident. It's not clear what triggered the crash, but the impromptu abstract painting covered the whole of the interior, including the driver and his faithful companion.
The man was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries, and his dog was cleaned and later taken to a humane society.
