1918 Ford Model T Touring. Completely Restored. Runs and drives very well.

This is a complete, original 1918 Model T. It was lovingly restored by a man who was very passionate about collecting and restoring Model T's of all types. Unfortunately, He is no longer with us and did not have the chance to put the new top on the car. He did order the complete top and everything needed to install it and finish the car though. Car has been barn-stored for several years now and we elected not to take it outside on the day it was photographed, due to high winds and flying debris.

I am not a Model T expert, I am selling this car for the family so they can deal with some unforeseen expenses. The man who restored this car was an expert on model T's. He was often consulted for his knowledge and left some absolutely gorgeous examples of his skill and labor behind for future generations to admire and enjoy. This is one of those cars, and one he enjoyed driving. As I stated, I am not a Model T expert. I am hoping the pictures will answer some questions. I do know that this car is absolutely finished except for the installation of the new top, which is pictured and will be included. Interior, Paint, upholstery, mechanicals, electrical...everything is new and I believe this car received original parts wherever possible, because the man who restored it left behind rows, shelves, buildings full of meticulously sorted and organized original Model T parts. If you have questions about this car, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to get answers from the family and get back to you in a timely manner. Thank you for looking..

More 2015 Ford Mustang pricing information leaks [UPDATE]

Tue, 20 May 2014

The big news this morning was that the 2015 Ford Mustang would start at $24,425, including its destination pricing. The big news this afternoon is, well, bigger.
Mustang6G.com has come up with what it claims is pricing info for the entire Mustang line, rather than just the V6. That means we know all about the EcoBoost and GT prices now, which, when combined with the dealer order sheets we reported on last week, gives us our clearest look yet at how the Mustang can be outfitted (we're still a bit short on pricing info for some standalone options, like paint premiums and such).
The base EcoBoost starts at $25,995, while the GT rings up at $32,925.

Ford announces bevy of recalls, 2 of which are recalls on recalls

Tue, 04 Nov 2014

Ford has announced five separate recalls, affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
It's not been a great couple of weeks for Ford. On October 30, the company announced a 205,000-unit recall, and yesterday, it was revealed that the Ford brand's year-over-year sales were down over 5,000 units while the company itself was down 3,000 units over through October. Now, the company has announced five separate recalls affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.

Mysterious small Ford spied in Germany

Sat, 29 Jun 2013

Our spy photographers have just popped off a few shots of something curious. This little runabout was spotted in Germany out testing with a current-generation Ford Fiesta. We're fairly confident the machine is a Ford, but exactly which Ford model is up for debate. The hatchback could be the next-generation Ka, but we've also heard that the Blue Oval supermini might not get a replacement. Our shooter says the five-door is a bit smaller than the current Fiesta, though there is a chance that this rig is just an engineering mule for drivetrain development. Then again, it could be a model built specifically for the South African market or China, or not a Ford at all.
Whatever it is and wherever it's headed, you can check out in the gallery for a closer look before heading into Comments to weigh in with your best guess.
