2011 Ford Mustang GT/CS (California Special) – Ebony Black with Black Leather Interior. 33,xxx miles. 5.0
“Coyote” V-8 with variable valve timing, 6 speed Manual, 3.55 Limited Slip Axle, Power Driver’s Seat,
Ford/Microsoft SYNC, Bluetooth, 1000 Watt Shaker Sound System w/ Sirius/XM, CD w/MP3 capability, USB input. My
Color ambient interior lighting with over 200 colors possible. I am the second owner and I bought the car in July
of 2012 with 10,700 miles on it. The car has been garaged for the majority of it’s ownership.

Highlights:

- Engine: Procharger Stage I kit w/ polished P1SC head unit. I went with a smaller 4.25” pulley getting
7psi of boost. I powdercoated all the bracketry and tubing to improve the appearance. Car was re-tuned by Pro-Dyno
in October, 2015 yielding 572HP and 472 ft-lbs. of torque to the wheels (approx. 630-640 HP off the flywheel)
Search on youtube for "Porndexter's procharged pony" for video of dyno run. I also replaced the crappy surge valve
with the Procharger Pro-Flow Bullet surge valve (race version). (Installed September 2013 approx. 10,000 miles of
use).

- Transmission: Redline MTL oil, MGW short throw shifter
- Exhaust: Jeg’s 3” SS catted H-pipe, resonator deletes, and Pypes “Pype Bomb” Axle Backs
- Suspension: BMR springs, Koni STR.T struts and shocks, BMR adlustable panhard rod.
- Wheels and Tires: Niche Targa wheels staggered 20x9 Front and 20x10 Rear w/Nitto Invo 255/35ZR-20 Front
and 285/30ZR-20 Rears (Installed last summer approx. 5000 miles of use)
- Brakes: EBC Ultimax slotted rotors w/EBC “red stuff” pads, Russell SS brake lines, painted calipers
red (also installed last summer with approx. 5000 miles of use)
- Interior: Speed of sound dual gauge pod A-pillar w/ Roush vac/boost gauge and Aeroforce Interceptor
programmable gauge. Kenwood 6”x8” 3 way speakers replacing stock units, Lloyd floor mats w/ Mustang tri-bar
pony logo, LED domelight conversion
- Exterior: Raxiom smoked tail lights, MMD painted headlight splitters, LED license plate lights,
installed “Pony” puddle lights from 2013-2014 Mustang GT’s with heated mirrors.
- Misc.: SCT Xcaliber Handheld, Pro-Cal II tuner from FRPP that was originally installed before Procharger
upgrade, .35 window tint, hood struts, numerous mods to engine compartment including Carbon Fiber components, Car
Cover, Ford wiring diagram book, Car has been registered with the Mustang Registry. LIFETIME SIRIUS/XM ASSIGNED TO
THIS RADIO’s EIM

Overall this Mustang is a real headturner. Drives super- smooth. Sounds completely evil, and has brutal power.
Everything works great. I just changed the engine oil (Royal Purple 5W-20) and filter along with the blower oil,
new wiper blades, new cabin filter, A/C serviced, brake fluid replaced last year with brake upgrades. Car has been
completely detailed and it is ready to ride. I have two keys and owner’s manuals. Most importantly, I have title
in hand.

Tier 1 suppliers call GM the worst OEM to work with

Mon, 12 May 2014

Among automakers with a big US presence, General Motors is the worst to work for, according to a new survey from Tier 1 automotive suppliers, conducted by Planning Perspectives, Inc.
The Detroit-based manufacturer, which has been under fire following the ignition switch recall and its accompanying scandal, finished behind six other automakers with big US manufacturing operations. Suppliers had issues with trust and communications, as well as intellectual property protection. GM was also the least likely to allow suppliers to raise their prices in the face of unexpected increases in material cost, all of which contributed to 55 percent of suppliers saying their relationship with GM was "poor to very poor."
GM's cross-town competitors didn't fare much better. Chrysler finished in fifth place, ahead of GM and behind Dearborn-based Ford, which was passed for third place this year by Nissan. Toyota took the top marks, while Honda captured second place.

Ford family keeps special voting rights

Fri, 10 May 2013

Ford Motor Company has a dual-class stock structure of Class A and Class B shares. The roughly three billion Class A shares are for the general public like you and me, while the roughly 71 million Class B shares are all owned by the Ford family. Each Class A share gets the shareholder one vote, each Class B share is worth 16 votes, the result being that Common Stock holders control about 60 percent of the company while the Ford family controls 40 percent even though it holds far fewer shares. The only way that could ever change would be if the Fords sell their Class B shares, but even so, Class B shares revert to Class A when sold outside the family, so they'd have to sell a whole bunch of them.
A contingent of Class A shareholders think the dual-class system is unfair, and for the past few years a vote's been held during the annual shareholders meeting to end it. It has failed every time, as it just did again during the meeting held this week. A smidge over 33 percent voted to end the dual system, outvoted by the 67 percent who are happy with the way Ford is going - unsurprising in view of a corporate turnaround that will be part of business-class curricula for years to come.
On the sidelines, Ford elected Ellen R. Marram to the post of independent director, the first woman to hold the job. The former Tropicana CEO and 20-year Ford board member replaces retiring board member Irvine Hockaday who helped bring Alan Mulally to the CEO position.
