A little more in depth on this car, as you know it is a 1967 Mustang It has 86,000 miles on it since it was restored in 2004. It is an original 289 V8 Car with C4 Transmission. It was originally the extremely rare S code paint : Dusk Rose color (Also known as Playboy Pink!!) it was professionally painted in 2004 to its current color of metallic mystic maroon and it looks great! If you are purist, it would be great to see this car converted back to original down the road! It has been a daily driver during the summer and nice days in the cooler months and has been maintained well with regular oil changes. New spark plugs, cap, rotor, plug wires will be installed this week. The paint shows beautifully but it is by no means a show car. There is a few scratches here and there along with rock chips/pits in the usual places. Most notable defects are a long single line scratch on drivers side, I have started buffing it out but have not finished. The body is extremely straight with no eye catching dents or dings I would also mention that Rust is very minimal for a Northwest car. Only place I have noticed rust and light bubbling of paint near the rear pillers below the rear glass (see pictures. The Vinyl top is starting to show it's age it has a 4-5 inch tear at the seam on passenger side (again see photos) and starting to peal up at seams. I have a replacement vinyl top from Mustangs Unlimited that will be included with the car, but I have not had time to get it installed.

Interior is in nice shape, and shows well, defects that come with age are minimal, most notable is the drivers bottom seat has a small split at the seam, an easy fix, just haven't had the time to do lately. Scuffs and mars throughout consistent with age and use but this is a very clean and beautiful car that turns heads! No electrical issues, lights and gauges work.

As I said it is not a show car, it has minor cosmetic blemishes consistent with age and being a daily driver and I think it has the potential to be a show stopper if converted back to it's original playboy pink color. As it sits, it is a beautiful car that runs great, transmission shifts firm without slipping, is fun to drive and attracts a lot of attention. I haven't driven it much this year, as I have 66 mustang that I need to restore focus my efforts on so I need to let this one go to fund that project.

Car is available for inspection and test drive with proper ID and insurance documentation. This car is sold as is where is with no warranty. I make every effort to accurately describe the vehicle and urge potential buyers to do due diligence and arrange to see the vehicle in person before placing bids as your bids are a lawful contract to purchase: Not just come for a test drive. Any Questions, please let me know, I am happy to help but please know that arranging pickup of the car and transportation is YOUR responsibility and at YOUR cost. I can help arrange delivery within 300 Miles at a cost of $2.00 per mile please contact me if you are interested. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!

Ken Block hoons his Ford F-150 RaptorTrax on the slopes

Wed, 08 Oct 2014

Ken Block drives Fords. Hoons the heck out of 'em, actually. Mostly Fiestas, but also the occasional Focus or Mustang. But earlier this year, the Gymkhana guru revealed his baddest Ford yet: an F-150 SVT Raptor on tracks. And true to form, here he is putting it to the test in the latest video from Monster Energy and Hoonigan Racing.
Filmed at Baldface Lodge in Nelson, BC, the video pairs Block up with snowboarders Zak Hale and Ethan Deiss for some deep-powder action. You'll want to watch the video for yourself, but the bottom line is that the RaptorTrax beats the heck out of waiting on line for the ski lift. It's enough to make us start to look forward to winter... almost.

2015 Ford Focus Sedan is fresh-faced and ready to defend its Most Popular crown

Wed, 09 Apr 2014

Ford has made an art of deeper-than-normal midlife updates since the 2010 Fusion, a strategy that has allowed it to keep models looking fresher in showrooms for longer without needing full redesigns. Instead of slight touchups to light fixtures, new paint colors and perhaps new wheel patterns, Ford has been digging deeper, with significant sheetmetal changes and very different front-end looks, along with an increased emphasis on new in-car technologies to keep models vibrant. Other automakers are following this trend, and Ford itself is continuing on the path with this new 2015 Focus Sedan.
There's a handsome new SE Sport Package that includes a firmer touring suspension, modest body kit and 17-inch wheels.
We first saw this sleek Aston Martin-like nose fitted to a Focus at the Geneva Motor Show last month, but Ford only showed the new look on the five-door hatchback - this is the first appearance of the sedan, which will bow at next week's New York Auto Show. The front end treatment is the same, with a new hood, new headlamps incorporating LED accents, a different grille shape and a completely revised lower fascia that does away with the 2014 model's controversial triangle-shaped corners and gaping intakes. The rear gets a new two-piece, laser-brazed trunk lid with new taillamps, but the overall look is quite similar to last year's car. In any case, the refreshed look brings the Focus sedan more in line with the design of Ford's other recently reworked cars, including the Fusion and Fiesta.

Facelifted Ford Focus caught testing in the cold

Wed, 18 Dec 2013

It's that time in the life of the Ford Focus to get a little work done - a nip-tuck here, some Botox there. Yes, Ford is testing a facelifted version of its global C-segment entry, which first hit markets in Europe and North America in May 2011.
Like the touchup on the Fiesta, expect Ford's gaping grille to make its first appearance on the Focus. Our spy photographers point out that this is likely to be a more comprehensive makeover than previous spy shots suggested, based on the additional camouflage seen here on the front and rear ends of this five-door model. New head and taillights are also likely in order, as are changes to the front and rear fascia.
The interior was also snapped and features a cleaner design with a larger central display. Other than that, it looks like some buttons have been changed, making us think most of the Focus' updates are limited to the exterior.
