Loaded, denali, 4wd, DVD entertainment system, power everything, black on black leather, heated seats, climate control, Navigation system (needs new CD) wood trim. Tires still 60% tread, in last 20k miles I replaced all 4 sets of brake pads and rotors,all four shock with bilnstein high performance shocks and struts. both rear air suspension bags, all belts, and all four spark plugs, has a KN air filter installed, oil always changed with Mobil 1 oil and mobil one oil filter. Front windows tinted, front windows also have matching window vents installed. Mechanically everything works as it should. Car looks great, may be a small ding or scratch here or there but nothing noticeable or worth fixing. Come see this car for yourself. When people get in and I tell them it is a 2006 with over 100k miles they can not believe me. Miles are majority highway from my sales job over the past 4 years. J.D. Power: Mini, Lexus again offer most satisfying sales experience
Thu, 29 Nov 2012JD Power has released its annual Sales Satisfaction Index Study, and once again Mini and Lexus have taken top honors. Overall, buyers are more satisfied with the auto-buying sales experience than they were last year, with those surveyed reporting an average score of 664 points on a 1,000-point scale. That's up from 648 in 2011. Dealer satisfaction also increased by five points over last year as well.
All told, Lexus brought home an index score of 737, which was high enough to put it atop the luxury brands for the second year in a row. JD Power says Infiniti came in second in that category with a score of 728 and Cadillac rounded out the podium with it's rating of 725. Speaking of Infiniti, that brand saw the single largest jump in sales satisfaction of any brand on the survey, popping up 52 index points over 2011.
Among mass-market brands, Mini ranked highest with a score of 712, followed closely by Buick with 706 and GMC farther down the line with 683. You can check out the full press release below for more information.
GM trademarks 'GearOn,' possibly for pickups
Fri, 13 Jun 2014On May 27, a week before General Motors applied for a trademark for the word "Zora," GM filed a trademark application at the US Patent and Trademark Office for "GearOn," characterized as a "truck bed cargo system comprised of tiered storage cross rails, utility rack stanchions, cargo dividers and cargo tie down rings."
We have no idea what it will be or if we'll see it used on anything, but GM Authority reckons it could be GM's name for a pickup truck feature to rival the BoxLink system Ford introduced on the 2015 F-150. BoxLink has been described as having "dozens of configurations of stowable cargo ramps and lockable die-cast aluminum tie-down cleats," giving owners the ability to arrange the bed in they way they need and load unwieldy items like motorcycles without needing extra equipment.
Getting purely speculative, a month ago GM pickup truck engineers said there would be more and more regular updates for the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra starting next year. Beyond the suspected capability and fuel economy changes GearOn could be one of the "neat things coming in a whole host of areas."
