Elgin, Oklahoma, United States

No Reserve once above starting bid!!!!

2008 GMC Yukon Denali XL - In spring 2010 after a surprise 3rd child, my wife's X5 was not big enough - and she wouldn't part with the X5 - a friend of mine who is a dealer located this vehicle on the East coast.  We purchased through a dealer's auction and after delivery found out the minor frame damage was not disclosed.  There was no recourse through the auction and since the vehicle was obviously well cared for I decided to go ahead and have frame replaced with new factory frame (can provide documentation through company that did repairs).  We have since put 60K + miles on vehicle as a 3rd vehicle including trips to Colorado back and forth several times, all over Texas and Oklahoma.  The vehicle runs, drives and handles excellent with no residual problems from prior wreck.  You will not be disappointed.  My wife has ordered a new Mercedes GL 350 so we are selling this vehicle to make room for the new one.

I'm a stickler for maintenance - has always had Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil, trans fluid and filter changed every 30K miles.  Tires are approx. 50% and have been rotated accordingly.  Brake pads replaced at 60K miles including complete fluid change in vehicle.  Always garaged - never smoked in.  Has full Weather Tech floor mats throughout including rear cargo area.

It is completely loaded including sunroof, navigation, XM satellite, 2nd row captains chairs, heated seats, 3rd row individual seats, all wheel drive, remote start, power lift gate, trailer tow (have bumper cover for hitch also) - you name it I think it has it.

I'm fully aware of the rebuilt title scaring some people - you are welcome to come look, drive or have inspected - you will not be disappointed with vehicle.  Factory warranty would be expired anyway so really doesn't matter now in the grand scheme of things.

Paint is excellent - has a few very minor dings that wouldn't show up in pics - you can only see them if you look at the right angle. Also has a small scratch on lift gate on clear coat where someone lifted door to close to open garage door - also very minor - just want you to know that its not perfect but would probably rate it a 9/10 for this year model with these miles.

GMC vehicles earn spot on Madden NFL 25's roster

Wed, 17 Jul 2013

In the real world, the Super Bowl MVP gets a Chevrolet Corvette. Last year's MVP, Joe Flacco, took delivery of a C7 Corvette Stingray after leading the Baltimore Ravens to victory over the San Francisco 49ers.
In the video game world of the Madden NFL series, the Super Bowl MVP gets a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali. Why no Stingray in the video game? Because GMC inked a deal with EA Sports for the truck and SUV builder to be named the official vehicle of the football video game's twenty-fifth anniversary edition.
The new Sierra Denali will be joined by the Yukon, Acadia, and Terrain in game, with stadium promotions for the brand throughout the season. Yes, even when you're beating the hell out of your buddy who insists on playing with the hateful Cowboys, you'll be seeing commercials. (Hold your keystrokes, Cowboy fans. We're just kidding. Sort of.)

GM appears to repurpose Saturn Outlook parts on new Acadia

Thu, 09 Feb 2012

General Motors unveiled the company's refreshed GMC Acadia at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show yesterday, and if you were paying attention, you may have noticed something curious about the vehicle. While the new Acadia looks considerably better than its predecessor, a few components of the design looked more than a little familiar. Upon closer observation, it appears that GM has simply repurposed elements of the now defunct Saturn Outlook crossover on the 2013 Acadia. Both vehicles seem to share the same wrap-around rear glass, back hatch, tail light openings and exaggerated, squared-off fender arches.
While the vehicles are differentiated by badging, tail lamps and a rear valance, there's no denying the similarities toward the vehicle's rear. Up front, both share similar fenders, though adjustments have been made for the varying headlight designs.
That's good news if you just can't imagine life without the Saturn Outlook.

2015 Chevy Tahoe, Suburban and GMC Yukon unveiled

Thu, 12 Sep 2013

General Motors has today unveiled its new family of fullsize SUVs, including the 2015 Chevy Tahoe, its longer Suburban sibling, and their GMC Yukon, Yukon XL and Yukon Denali cousins. More efficient powertrains, improved aerodynamics, increased connectivity and better overall refinement are what Chevy and GMC say will separate their new SUVs from the current generation.
Sporting a tried-and-true body-on-frame architecture, these full-size SUVs feature platforms that are stronger and offer a wider rear track for "a more planted stance," according to Chevy and GMC. Mounted at the front of each SUV is an EcoTec3 powertrain, which consists of a standard 355-horsepower, 5.3-liter V8 (or a 420-hp, 6.2-liter V8 for the GMC Yukon Denali alone) with direct injection, cylinder deactivation and continuously variable valve timing, that's paired with a Hydra-Matic 6L80 six-speed automatic transmission. The setup is said to be more efficient than before, though official EPA fuel economies for each vehicle are not yet available. To help the powertrain achieve the best possible fuel economy in these 5,000+ pound SUVs, the new styling was developed with aerodynamics in mind. For the same reason, electric power steering also makes its debut in the Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon family.
The front fascias of the Chevy Suburban/Tahoe and GMC Yukon are distinct, but from the base of the A-pillars back, they share most of the same styling cues. This now includes inlaid doors that tuck into the door sills, instead of over them, which improves aerodynamics and fuel economy, and lessens interior noise. The hoods and liftgate panels now are made of aluminum in an effort to reduce vehicle weight. Chevy and GMC also tout that the Tahoe/Suburban and Yukon don't share a single piece of sheetmetal or lighting element with the brands' full-size pick-up trucks.
