Up for sale is this very nice, VERY CLEAN 2000 Honda Civic 4-door sedan, just to be upfront & honest it does have a small crack in the tail light, but is very easy and cheap to replace. It has the 1.6L 4-cyl motor and automatic transmission, and although it does have high miles it RUNS EXCELLENT and anyone that is familiar with these Civics knows that they have an extremely long life-span. It has a VERY clean gray cloth interior, power locks, cold A/C, and AM/FM CD player. It also comes with the spare tire & stock jack. This Civic runs excellent and gets incredible gas mileage, it would make an excellent first car for someone or the ideal commuter car/daily driver. I wouldn't hesitate do drive this car anywhere. New Odyssey ads feature Honda Vac, star power
Thu, 29 Aug 2013Honda has released a string of new ads highlighting its refreshed, 2014 Odyssey minivan. While the Japanese brand hasn't started bragging about attaining the first Top Safety Pick+ for minivans, it's all too happy to brag about another first - the world's first van with a built-in vacuum cleaner.
In three spots, anthropomorphic children's rubbish discusses the merits of the new minivan, only to be sucked up by the built-in vacuum, which is only available in the top-end Touring Elite model. There's also quite a bit of star power floating around for those that watch a lot of TV. Neil Patrick Harris from Doogie Howser, MD and How I Met Your Mother voices a character in one of the spots, while Rainn Wilson from The Office stars in another. Honda exclusive to McLaren at least until 2017
Wed, 23 Apr 2014Next year Honda will return to Formula One after a seven-year absence, bringing the first Japanese automaker to compete in the top-tier racing series back into the fold. But though it started in 1964 much as it ended in 2008, running its own team (much like Ferrari and Mercedes do today), its new F1 program will see it revert to engine-supplier status (like Renault did when it sold its team to Lotus).
The arrangement will be exclusive to McLaren for the 2015 Formula One World Championship. But what fans and insiders alike have been wondering is how it might expand after that. Well, now we have at least part of the answer.
According to the F1 business insiders at Pitpass, Honda motorsport chief Yasuhisa Arai told a group of journalists at this past weekend's race in Shanghai that the deal with McLaren will be exclusive not only in 2015, but also in 2016. In other words, it won't be until 2017 at the earliest before Honda might begin supplying engines to any other teams, if at all.
