I can also provide you with a detailed video of the Odyssey which I can post onto YouTube for you to view, upon request.

This Odyssey is in GOOD condition (Mechanical, Interior, and Exterior).  No accidents or major issues. Normal wear and tear from use (e.g. stained carpets, rock chips/small scuff marks on front, etc.). Served us well over the past 7+ years. Was used primarily to shuttle our 2 kids to/from school as well as to after-school activities/sporting events. Never had any problems with the engine, transmission, or electrical. Keeps going strong w/o any issues, I just make sure I keep on top of minimal maintenance (typical scheduled factory services/oil changes).

Edmunds Says:
A perennial favorite of ours, the 2006 Honda Odyssey deftly excels at all things important for a minivan. This is one you won't want to miss.
Pros:  Agile, carlike handling; split flat-folding rear bench; optional eight-passenger seating; extensive feature list; smooth and powerful V6; strong reliability record.
Cons:  Touring model's PAX run-flat tires can be a hassle to repair and replace.

CNET Review:
The good: The 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L treats the driver to a large navigation screen, which is hooked up to a backup camera, and rear-seat passengers to a sophisticated DVD entertainment system.
The bad: The 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L minivan omits any Bluetooth hands-free or iPod integration, and its engine is slightly underpowered.
The bottom line: The 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L is well set up for long trips with kids, getting decent highway mileage for a minivan, offering good in-cabin entertainment options, and keeping the driver informed with navigation.

A carry-over from 2005, the Odyssey is a four-door, up-to-eight passenger mini-van that features a 3.5-liter V6 engine generating 244 horsepower linked to a five-speed automatic transmission. The Honda Odyssey is offered in four trim levels the LX, EX, EXL and Touring.

Honda shows facelifted Euro Civic hatch with new Sport variant

Wed, 24 Sep 2014

Honda has released the details on its freshened Euro-spec Civic ahead of its debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, whose media days are set to open next week. Aside from a fairly pleasant visual upgrade for both the standard Civic as well as the Civic Tourer, Paris will also see the arrival of a new Civic Sport model.
The new Civic wears a sportier front fascia, while the rear end is home to a new, stylish set of LED taillights. Honda has also revised the rear bumper, side skirts and spoiler. In the cabin, a new, Android-powered infotainment system called Honda Connect takes its place in the center stack, providing typical functions like radio, media, navigation and Bluetooth, as well as the ability to browse the Internet. The entire system is confined by a seven-inch display that offers pinch, swipe and tap functions that should be familiar to smartphone owners.
The big news, though, is the new Sport model (shown above). While this isn't a Civic Type R - with its 1.8-liter, 140-horsepower engine, it's not even a decaf Type R - it does deliver some more aggressive looks to the Civic line. There are standard 17-inch wheels, as well as a new, sportier Type R-inspired front fascia and a color-coded rear spoiler. Alongside that 1.8-liter gas engine is a 118-hp diesel mill that displaces 1.6 liters.

Honda unveils new 3.5-liter racing engine

Sat, 22 Feb 2014

Honda is following Ford's lead and debuting the second twin-turbocharged V6 to be used by Daytona Prototypes in the United Sports Car Championship. The wait won't be long to see it on track because the new engine will debut with the Starworks Motorsport team in a Riley Gen3 prototype chassis at the 12 Hours of Sebring from March 12-15.
The new HR35TT engine is based on Honda's J35 production V6 found in a variety of its models, including the current Accord. The racing version benefits from dry sump lubrication, but is still similar to the production version with an aluminum block, direct injection and single overhead camshafts. It is fueled by 100-octane E10 fuel, but like many racing engines, exact power figures have not been released.
Starworks has had a close relationship with Honda since it won the LMP2 class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and in the FIA World Endurance Championship in 2012 with a Honda Performance Development ARX-03b chassis and Honda engine. We can't wait to see this new mill hit the track, and see how it fairs against Chip Ganassi Racing's EcoBoost-powered Riley. Scroll down to read the press release for the full details.

eBay Find of the Day: Why this motorcycle's a deal at $135k

Mon, 10 Feb 2014

There can be no doubt that Soichiro Honda left a lasting legacy by lending his engineering talents to the company that bears his name. This can be said particularly of motorcycles, and the company outdid itself when it introduced the 1969 CB750. Widely considered the world's first superbike, it combined a then-powerful 67-horsepower, 736cc, inline four-cylinder engine and cutting edge tech for motorcycles at the time like an electric start and front disc brake. It is simply one of the most important motorcycles ever made, and now one of four handmade prototypes is up for auction on eBay Motors.
According to the seller, Honda had an idea that it had something special with the CB750 and built four preproduction models to be shown off to American media in 1968. Each one was hand-built by Honda technicians from bespoke components, and this blue/green model was photographed by magazines and for promotional material at the time. The seller believes that one of the four prototypes was destroyed, one is in Europe and one is unknown, which means this may be the only chance for collectors to get their hands on one.
The bike has prompted quite a bidding war with 97 bids registered as of this writing. With about seven hours left to go in the auction, the top big currently sits at $135,300. At this rate, things could get very exciting at the end. Although to own a prototype for the first super bike, it might be worth it.
