Honda S2000 absolutely no engine mods. Adult owned. Car has zero issues mechanically nor electronically. Cranks, runs, and handles like
new and as it should with only 27,313 miles. Car has been babied, never raced nor carelessly
driven. Interior, top, and paint all original. Vehicle has been garage
kept its entire life and adult owned. Originally purchased locally from Pensacola Honda. Properly maintained. Very clean with very little wear. Has new
17" AP2 style wheels and new BFGoodrich tires (less than 500 miles).
Also have the original 16" wheels with 2 new BFG's on the rear and the
original tires on the front wheels. Everything works as it did new.
Window tint was redone and a portion of the orange paint from the rear
defroster lines was removed in the process. Original floor mats are
included and have been covered with other mats most of it's life. Boot
for top, owner's manual, and tire tools also included. Buyer is
responsible for full payment and taking delivery of the vehicle within 7
days. Title is in hand and will be provided upon completion of payment.

2013 Honda Civic WTCC is ready for racing
Wed, 06 Mar 2013Drumming up a little excitement for the 2013 FIA World Touring Car Championship, Honda brought its new Civic WTCC car to the bright lights of Geneva for all to see. Honda joined WTCC late last year entering the final three races. The racing outfit will run this year's entire 12-round season, which kicks off later this month in Italy.
In the off-season, Honda made a few updates to its WTCC entry including better aerodynamics, improved suspension and braking and numerous engine and turbo enhancements. Two teams will field the new Civic racecar in this year's season: Honda Racing Team JAS and a private team from Hungary, Zeng"o Motorsport.
Fans of the WTCC in the US will be pleased to know that series makes a return visit to Sonoma Raceway on September 8 for the Race of the United States.

The 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid should surprise no one. Its look is something we've seen since the non-hybrid versions went on sale last year. Its powertrain, mostly, we are familiar with from the already-on-sale Accord Plug-In model. And the overall vibe of the car? Well, it's an Accord, which has been a strong seller in the US for three decades, so much so that there's a very good chance you've been in one at some point, whether you noticed or not.
Honda's first attempt at an Accord Hybrid, released in 2005, put dynamic performance first, but it didn't match the public's maturing perception of what a hybrid is all about: fuel economy. The 2005 version was capable of a measly 28 miles per gallon combined, 25 in the city and 33 on the highway. Remember those numbers, and that the first-generation Accord Hybrid lasted all of three model years before being axed.
Honda to spool up turbos, workforce with F1 tech
Fri, 22 Nov 2013Honda has had a longer and more tumultuous relationship with Formula One than just about any other automaker. It had only been building cars for four years before it entered F1 in 1964 as the first Japanese team in the series, winning its first race the following season but shuttering the program a few years later. Honda came back to power the likes of Williams and McLaren to several World Championships in the '80s and '90s, but things took a downturn when it started a partnership and ultimately took over British American Racing. After pouring untold billions into the effort, the economy tanked, and Honda ultimately sold the team, which subsequently claimed the championship - under new ownership and Mercedes power. Now Honda is gearing up to return in 2015 with a new turbocharged V6 hybrid powertrain it's supplying initially to McLaren, which in turn is switching back to Honda from nearly two decades with Mercedes.
So why return to F1 now? That's precisely what Autoblog asked Honda's Global President and Chief Executive Takanobu Ito (pictured above with McLaren chief Martin Whitmarsh) while visiting his office in Tokyo. While he wouldn't reveal specifics (like when his company's new engine would be available to other teams, as it most certainly will in the long run), Ito-san was clearly happy to discuss the motivation behind the move and the value he feels it brings to the company and its products.
