2006 Hummer H2 Executive 165 Stretch Limousine on 2040-cars
South San Francisco, California, United States
2006 Hummer Limousine built by Executive Coachworks. It is stretched 165 inches and is Qvm. The hummer seats 14 passengers in the rear plus driver and front passenger seat. It is an icon interior with a VIP room, separate rear ac/heat 4 video screens, ipod/video connection in stereo, leather seats, 2 champagne wells and 3 ice chests built in the Wood Bar, rock and champagne glasses, divider, dot escape hatch. The Hummer runs well service up to date. Great power so a full load is no problem. Interior shows well needs little. Exterior is in great shape paint shines and is waxed. We have owned it for two years and replaced an alternator and done routine oil service. Chp inspected with a passing grade. Since it is made by Executive they still have parts for it. Not like a Krystal which is out of business thus you cannot get parts for the interior. The Hummer has a clean title. If you need financing we can point you to some leasing companies that we do business with. The Hummer is in the San Francisco area so you would have to pick up or pay for shipping it to your location. Prom season is coming up so it would be good time if you need a 14 passenger vehicle as you can make between $ 100-$ 165 per hour for this vehicle. We usually put it out for $ 135.00. We are selling to upgrade to a Mercedes Sprinter Limo and our budget says we must cut a vehicle. For information you can call Rich at 650-757-4949

Architects design home made entirely of Hummers
Tue, 26 Jul 2011Architects Craig Hodges and HsinMing Fung joined forces in 1984 to create their agency HplusF. Since then, the pair have gone on to apply their stylistic skill to the UCLA library, Hollywood Bowl, Egyptian Theater and a number of other works of architectural art. HplusF also tackles unique installations and showpieces, one of which involves the now-departed Hummer brand.
What could easily be a luxury apartment in the video game Fallout 3 is in fact HplusF's HummerHaus. Eight identical Hummer body shells wrap around a a steel skeleton to form a living space like no other.
Of course, this is merely a concept, but it's a rather interesting one. Could old vehicles be rehabbed into affordable living spaces? Could the Hummer body have a new lease on life after it was cut from the General Motors family?
SEMA 2010: Zero South Biodiesel Electric Hummer shows its guts
Tue, 02 Nov 2010Zero South Biodiesel Electric Hummer - Click above for high-res image gallery
Zero South, a company that popped up at SEMA in 2008, is back again with its Biodiesel Electric Hummer. The heavily modified H1 rides on tracks at all four corners - a necessary modification, since this Hummer is designed for an expedition to the South Pole.
The trip is going to be documented by Chris Paine, who's best known for the film Who Killed the Electric Car? It was reported back in 2008 that the vehicle was going to be driven by Buzz Aldrin and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. The film is called Drive Around the World and was shot in 3D. Drive Around the World is also the name of an organization that works to inspire an urge to explore while raising money for various charities. The H1 shown above is Zero South's vehicle for participating in these expeditions.
Hummers are for Horses: Artist reimagines the monsterous SUV [w/video]
Thu, 25 Mar 2010Horse-drawn Hummer H2 - Click above to view the video after the jump
When the internal combustion engine finally helped the automobile pass the horse-drawn carriage as the chosen method of transportation for a majority of citizens in the United States, that a step in the right direction. Right? Moving forward about a hundred years... when the behemoth Sport Utility Vehicle that never actually seems to venture off the beaten path passed the minivan in the hearts and minds of families across the country as the people-mover of choice, was that a step in the right direction?
If you answered no to either of the above questions, perhaps you'll enjoy the video pasted after the break. Created by artist Jeremy Dean (read about our initial post on the project here), the converted Hummer H2 is called Futurama and is pulled by two white horses named, appropriately enough, Duke and Diesel. Hummers are for horses? See for yourself.
