Vehicle history:

This is the V6 model with 303 horsepower. I am the second owner and all the servicing was done at Infiniti of North Vancouver and Autowest Infiniti in Richmond BC.
I have clear title of the vehicle- no liens.
When I bought the vehicle I was advised that there had been one claim on it for $2000 which had been for a cosmetic bump that the first owner had incurred. I have not had any accidents since owning the vehicle and have maintained it to the highest standards.
There are scratches on the rear passenger side wheel well (see photo).
The vehicle does have 'swirl marks' on the paint which are mostly noticeable on the hood of the car. The front has small rock divets (Nissan/Infiniti along with most Japanese manufacturers have what is described as soft paint and this is normal for the age of the vehicle). I will include a touch up pen as well as a clearcoat pen for this. The swirl marks easily detail out when using Blackfire detailing or all in one products. This can also be seen in the mirror like finish seen in the photos- this was after an all in one detail.
There is no rust of any kind.
Interior leather shows typical wear, some creasing from use however there is no rips or tears or marring.

Vehicle is the base model but as you can see it's anything but basic:
  • Air conditioning
  • Back up camera
  • Alarm
  • Alloy wheels
  • Bluetooth
  • Dual Climate Controls
  • Bose Audio with professionally installed and fabricated amp platform and LC2i input for 10" HO subwoofer
  • Fog lights
  • Heated mirrors
  • Heated and cooled seats
  • Keyless entry
  • Memory Seats
  • Navigation system
  • Power locks
  • Power mirrors
  • Power seats (driver and passenger)
  • Power windows
  • Stability Control
  • AWD
  • Reclining rear seats that fold flat
  • Sunroof
  • Xenon Headlights
Unlike many other owners, I have run premium fuel in this vehicle at all times and religiously followed the maintenance schedule. I have never had any mechanical issues or faults and do not expect that this vehicle will have any going forward for the foreseeable future. This car has been BABIED.

Watch Formula Drift's Chris Forsberg break in a new warehouse

Tue, 25 Mar 2014

Here are just a few great drift cars: Toyota AE86, Mazda RX-7, Nissan Z, Nissan Silvia, and Ford Mustang. One vehicle you won't find on that list, however, is the Infiniti M, because it's a big, heavy luxury car.
It's comfortable, spacious and better to drive than you might expect. And yet, even though it was possible to get one with a very nice 335-horsepower, 4.5-liter V8, it wouldn't be the first car we'd gut and take drifting in an empty warehouse. Formula Drift driver Chris Forsberg didn't get our memo, evidently, which is why we have this video of him flinging a big, white Infiniti through an empty building.
It's an entertaining video, if only because using an M as a drift car is just such a ludicrous sight. Scroll down to watch the entire clip.

Infiniti Q50 to enter British Touring Car Championship

Sat, 18 Oct 2014

Infiniti doesn't have much in the way of motorsports heritage. Sure, its logo is currently plastered all over the open-wheelers of the Red Bull Racing Formula One team, but that's little more than a series of stickers - the turbocharged V6 hybrid still comes from corporate cousin Renault.
Perhaps realizing that, the company is dipping its toe into the motorsports pool in a much bigger way (albeit in a far smaller series). The Nissan-owned luxury brand will campaign its Q50 sedan in the notoriously rowdy British Touring Car Championship with a new factory team, called Infiniti Support Our Paras Racing.
The team works with British veterans' charity Support Our Paras, and actually will employ a number of injured vets as part of the team, according to the report on Motor Authority.

J.D. Power: Mini, Lexus again offer most satisfying sales experience

Thu, 29 Nov 2012

JD Power has released its annual Sales Satisfaction Index Study, and once again Mini and Lexus have taken top honors. Overall, buyers are more satisfied with the auto-buying sales experience than they were last year, with those surveyed reporting an average score of 664 points on a 1,000-point scale. That's up from 648 in 2011. Dealer satisfaction also increased by five points over last year as well.
All told, Lexus brought home an index score of 737, which was high enough to put it atop the luxury brands for the second year in a row. JD Power says Infiniti came in second in that category with a score of 728 and Cadillac rounded out the podium with it's rating of 725. Speaking of Infiniti, that brand saw the single largest jump in sales satisfaction of any brand on the survey, popping up 52 index points over 2011.
Among mass-market brands, Mini ranked highest with a score of 712, followed closely by Buick with 706 and GMC farther down the line with 683. You can check out the full press release below for more information.
