Up for auction is a slate blue 2011 Infiniti g37x (AWD) V6 sedan, automatic/sport shift, with the premium package SALVAGE/REBUILT TITLE. Smoke free, gray leather interior, power seats, power windows, power locks, memory seats, heated seats, tinted windows, all weather mats, touch screen navigation, BOSE stereo, single disk player with MP3 (has music storage box to download CD's), XM satellite radio, Bluetooth, backup camera & sensors, keyless start/stop button- many options! This car only has 22,200 miles. It had 9,000 miles on it when I bought it. I have owned this car for a year and I drive it daily. It has never given me any problems, only selling because I have recently purchased another car (salvage/rebuilt title as well). I bought this car salvaged and had it repaired. It was hit in the back right rear. Airbags did NOT deploy. Parts replaced were: back left quarter panel, back left wheel, left tail light, back bumper, back up sensors & left exhaust. I have photos of the damage prior to repair and will email upon request- serious inquiries only please. The repair consisted of replacing the left rear quarter, rear bumper. Infiniti G37 to live through MY 2015, sell alongside Q50
Mon, 05 Aug 2013Infiniti has officially confirmed news we broke last month about its G37 sedan - that it will live on in showrooms alongside its erstwhile replacement, the 2014 Infiniti Q50, a model that goes on sale this week. And it's sticking around for quite a while - it will be sold through the 2015 model year.
In order for the G37 and Q50 to not rub shoulders, Infiniti is rolling out an amended G lineup, complete with lowered pricing. The G37 will stick around in Journey and all-wheel drive trims, both powered by the same 3.7-liter VQ-Series V6 engine, and only two option groups will be available, Premium and Navigation. The 2014 G37 Journey will start at $32,550, while the G37 Sedan AWD will run $34,150 (both are subject to a $905 destination fee).
The 2013 G37 had been priced from $38,255 delivered as of earlier this week, so the price drop is significant, likely bringing the base MSRP more in line with where transaction prices had been on the aging model. The new pricing, which takes effect August 6, should also allow the G37 gain consideration amongst shoppers of smaller-engined rivals like the BMW 320i while the Q50 waits on a turbocharged four-cylinder and diesel engine from Daimler. For comparison's sake, the larger, more tech-rich Q50 will start at $37,605 delivered.

Infiniti expanding lineup by 60% over next five years
Tue, 19 Aug 2014Johan de Nysschen had only been at the helm of Infiniti for two years when he left for a position atop Cadillac. But in that time, he indeed left his mark on the brand. Most visibly, there was the drastic Q-ification of the company's vehicle naming strategy, but beyond that were big plans to beef up the Infiniti brand with the goal of making it a fully competitive luxury automaker.
Autoblog spoke with Michael Bartsch, vice president of Infiniti Americas, during Monterey Car Week, and he confirms Infiniti's brand direction is "still exactly as Johan presented it." Over the next five years, the company's portfolio will expand by 60 percent, and that will be aided with additional engine and transmission plants, most notably the recent collaboration with Daimler to build 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engines.
Infiniti's lineup will grow to include eight sedans/coupes and five crossovers/SUVs.
