Selling this nice 2003 Jaguar S Type R that just hit 85k miles. Excellent condition, runs and drives great, clean inside and out. Never seen salt, stored indoors at a heated warehouse during winter!! Comes equipped with the supercharged 4.2 liter V8 engine (400hp) and a 6 speed automatic transmission. This Jag has very quick acceleration and an absolutely smooth ride. Comes loaded with options: Ice Cold A/C; Cruise; Sunroof; Premium Alpine Sound with 6 disc CD Changer; Factory HID Headlights, Tinted Glass, 18" Wheels with LIKE NEW Rear Michelin PS2's fronts are at 60%; Brembo "R" Brakes (less than 5,000 miles on fresh pads and rotors); Backup Sensors, Leather Interior, Power Front Seats, Heated Seats, Power Steering Wheel Tilt and Pedal Adjustment, Power Heated Exterior Mirrors, Rear Trunk Spoiler, Fog Lights, and plenty more.

Everything works!! Just had the spark plugs and oxygen sensors replaced. Oil changed with Mobil 1 synthetic every 3,000 miles. Overall this Jag is in very nice shape, however, does NEED a rear wheel bearing (you can hear the "howling" sound when up to speed and its more pronounced when turning right). Also the driver door mirror has the faded, "leaking" look (see picture) and a little bit of paint faded around the door handles. Aside from these issues and normal wear it’s in great shape. If you're lucky enough to have a nice vehicle, do your fellow gearheads a favor and don't park like a clown. Seriously. Not only will you anger everyone who is trying to find a place to park, but your nice car is a billboard reinforcing the stereotype that car people are self-important and inconsiderate.
Take this gentleman for example. He has a Jaguar XK, and understandably wants to take care of it. Rather than parking it far, far away from any other cars and getting a bit of exercise by walking to his building, he takes up two spots (albeit barely) close to the structure. From the cameraman's narration, we can tell his coworkers are less than thrilled about his inability to stay between the lines.
Naturally, they wanted to teach him a lesson, so they parked a bigger vehicle as close to his driver's door as possible. Mr. XK's attempts to enter his vehicle are rather amusing, culminating in his climbing through the passenger side and scooching over to the driver's seat. While we can debate this sort of treatment all day long, it was effective. The video includes a follow up at the end showing where the XK driver parked the next day, and as you might guess, it wasn't in the same spot.

Mike Hawthorne and Ivor Bueb won The 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1955 driving a Jaguar D-Type. The following year, a few days before the race, a British broadcaster put cameras on Hawthorne's car, hung a mic from a plate on his race suit and had him narrate a lap of the Circuit de la Sarthe.
It is compelling viewing. A new pit complex was built after the massive accident on the front straight in 1955, but this was still a time when crews prepped for the race on roads that were open to the public. Hawthorne's lap includes maneuvers to avoid bicyclists and cars, and gems like letting us know that doing 185 miles per hour down the Mulsanne Straight was where you could "relax a little, recover your energy." Watch him work it like the men of old in the video below.
