Clean Jaguar Xjs 6.0 V-12! on 2040-cars
Cocoa, Florida, United States
NICE RIDE! Acquired this jag in a partial trade deal. I have only driven it for less than 10 miles, handled well. V12 6.0, this is the large V12, plenty of smooth power. The only paint work I could find is on the lower air dam. Probably scatched on a park stop. Trunks is clean Engine is clean Nice dash Drivers seat shows a little wear, but probably stainable Paint shines Rims look nice at 10 feet. They do have some pits Seems like everything works, best I can tell Title documents mileage This is a great looking car and I would think that anyone would be proud to drive advertised locally, auction could end at any time. low reserve, bid to own. SALE IS FINAL SOLD AS IS WHERE IS
On Jul-05-14 at 14:00:04 PDT, seller added the following information: A/C is ice cold and the climate control works There is a small dent on the chrome ring at the top of the windshield Other items I tested were the lights, wipers, alarm, gauges, electric mirrors, electric seats. I was told the aftermarket radio and 6 disc changer worked. I was also told the cruise works fine. I have not tested. Also comes with Owners Manual, 2 keys, what looks like a nice car cover, and the boot (well, I was told it was the boot for when the top is down. I have not pulled it out of the trunk to see how it looks) This car does have the rear seats. Not sure that they were made for human use, but they are there. :) Neighbors are already calling me asking about the nice Jag in the driveway. Somebody better buy this quick before I decide to keep it!! HaHa |

Watch this Jaguar XJ220 perform a fiery burnout
Thu, 19 Jun 2014We like to think that at least some supercar owners drive their exotic machinery the way they're meant to be driven. The reality is more likely that most pamper them in climate-controlled environments and rarely actually drive them. But Tax The Rich seems dedicated to balancing them all out by hooning the heck out of some of the most expensive and desirable supercars the world has ever seen - whether it's a Ferrari Enzo rallying along dirt roads or a pair of F50s playing tug of war.
The YouTube channel has even played around with a Jaguar XJ220 before, but not quite like this. In its latest clip, Tax The Rich goes a step or two beyond the usual smokey burnout, lighting up the rear wheels of a super-rare Jag, all for our viewing pleasure. And take pleasure we do in the video below, even as part of us cringes at the thought of potentially reducing one of the fastest Jaguars in history to a smoldering hulk.
Jaguar F-Type Project 7 takes the D-Type to the 21st Century
Sat, 16 Aug 2014One of the many big name debuts during the 2014 Monterey car week is this, the Jaguar F-Type Project 7, a stunning roadster inspired by Jaguar's legendary, finned D-Type sports car.
The Project 7 expands on the already appealing F-Type Convertible formula, further boosting the Jaguar Land Rover 5.0-liter, supercharged V8 to its most potent form yet - 575 horsepower - making this the most powerful production Jag in history. So equipped, the Project 7 is more cheetah than jaguar, roaring to 60 miles per hour in a rapid 3.8 seconds before reaching its electronically limited peak speed of 186 miles per hour.
Prices for the F-Type Project 7 start at $165,000, with customer deliveries slated begin in spring of 2015.
Jaguar F-Type Coupe proves sexy can't be disguised
Wed, 19 Jun 2013Jaguar's new F-Type is a pretty potent little pouncer. And while we do love a good roadster, many of us at Autoblog are perhaps more excited about the upcoming hardtop version of Jag's stylish new entry-level sports car. Why? Because even here in heavily camouflaged prototype form, the thing looks really, really good - the sleek roofline blending rather nicely into the F-Type's shapely rump, allowing for better distinction of its pronounced hips over the rear wheel wells.
Mechanically speaking, the F-Type Coupe should be identical to its droptop sibling. That means the supercharged 3.0-liter V6 and 5.0-liter V8 engine lineup should carry over unchanged, though we've heard rumors about a four-cylinder application as well. There's also talk of hotter R, R-S or R-S GT models coming down the pipeline, and based on what we've experienced in things like the XKR-S, we certainly can't deny the allure of such a model.
It's unclear exactly when Jaguar will show the production F-Type Coupe (at the Frankfurt Motor Show, perhaps?), but the car is expected to go on sale sometime in 2014. Check it out in our latest spy gallery, above.
