With 900 positive part number changes from the 2002 model year this is the 'sweet spot' year and the one to have as far as 'bang for the buck' performance and reliability goes. The most important change of course, being the all new 4.2L motor and 6 speed ZF transmission.
This car is in excellent condition throughout. The interior is in excellent condition with no tears, burns etc apparent. The headliner is in excellent shape. A Non Smoker Vehicle! The paint has the luster of new and it drives as good, tight and strong as you would expect a 42k miles car to do. The engine and transmission are strong and smooth and ALL electrical components and systems, including the convertible top operate as they should. The convertible top itself is in excellent condition.

Jaguar Land Rover's all-new InControl system is set to get a big bump as the British company will add a new service called JustDrive, which expands on the smartphone-focused infotainment system by adding a singular voice controller for a wide array of the system's currently available apps.

Lana Del Rey's "Burning Desire" video, the first musical collaboration between Jaguar and its hired songstress, is half music video, half long-form lifestyle commercial for the 2014 F-Type. If you like Del Rey channeling glamorous fifties fame as she lays down vocals of sensuous, languid dolor over images of black-and-white yesteryears, you'll like this song off of her new EP, Paradise.
We think the appearance of a red and brand-new Jaguar, though, is incongruous - either Del Rey or Jaguar is the anachronism, take your pic. That's not to say it's not beautiful, however, so enjoy the combination in the video below.
