!963 Jeep CJ5 in great shape. Motor mild built v-6 steel crank Forged pistons isky cam. Mallory ignition, Edelbrock 650 carb. 8.8 mm wires. Trans-- New clutch, throw out bearing , pilot bearing and pressure plate. Trans is 3 speed with High and low also has Overdrive with a high low option as well. Speedo just rebuilt. Tires have less than 100 miles on them. Brakes---front shoes 75% rear shoes 60% both adjusted and lubed properly. Stops straight absolutely no pulling. Has twin fuel tanks. new fuel tank switch. Top is 2 years old . comes with a fuel can holder/ spare tire holder ( not pictured holds 4-5 gallon cans) Factory seats in front (had rear seat trying to find in garage so consider it not with it) . If you looking for a survivor this is it . unmolested frame never cut or bent suspension factory. Jeep gives Cherokee its yin and yang with Sageland and Urbane concepts
Sat, 19 Apr 2014Among the design concepts Jeep has prepared for Beijing Motor Show this year are a pair of Cherokees dressed up in contrasting schemes.
In one corner we have the Sageland concept pictured above, drawing its inspiration from Shangri-La with an Ivory Peal tri-coat and bronze trim for the grille, fascia appliqués, roof rack, sunroof, mirror caps and exhaust tips. Inside it's all earth tones with light gray Nappa leather seats and red and blue top-stitching inspired by traditional Chinese themes.
Meanwhile the Urbane concept (pictured right) takes the Cherokee in a different direction with steel blue metallic paintjob and black accents. Inside it adopts the theme of Chinese calligraphy with Piano Black accepts and dark red Nappa leather.

Fri, 22 Feb 2013Automakers work very, very hard to keep their new vehicles under wraps until they can present them in exactly the way they want it - typically choreographed under the bright lights of an auto show, or perhaps with photos or video in an idyllic location. Spy shooters and leaks, in other words, keep executives and public-relations types up at night.
This is likely to be one of the most polarizing designs to come out in 2014.
Take today, for instance, when the team over at Jalopnik got a big scoop - the first undisguised shots of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee, a model whose name wasn't even officially confirmed yet. The clandestine images taken inside of a factory were blurry and didn't exactly show off the crossover's radical new contours in the same sort of flattering light that Jeep probably would've wished for its product reveal. So the Auburn Hills automaker has wisely reacted by spilling at least some of the beans on the new model, giving us these four photos and confirming the Liberty replacement's name, Cherokee.
