Im selling my buddies 06 Jeep wrangler. It was Purchased new in jan of 2007 at local jeep dealer. He Just got done payen off and bought a truck thats why its for sale. Its in super nice shape . no paintwork and bodywork ever factory clean still. Never off road, just hiway commute to work and back thats 75 of the 79k on it. This jeeps been very well kept up, I just put new tires on her and put the mopar hd steering stabilizer shock and mopar sway bar links. The brakes and oil all routiene maintenence is up to date.The ac blows cold heat works great, It has convertable factory tinted top with half door everything clean and good working order. It has 79k on it . Has the auto trans so anyone can use it.it has 4wd, and its last year of the awsome strait 6 cyl engine. The trans shifts great, drives looks and runs like new. Jeep lays out 5-year plan, including rebirth of Grand Wagoneer and new C-segment offering
Tue, 06 May 2014Fiat Chrysler CEO Sergio Machionne presented a five-year plan for the company brands this morning, with Jeep first up on a long day of presentation. Jeep's head honcho Michael Manley wasted no time in laying out what the foreseeable future will look like for what he calls the "lead global brand" of the company.
Big goals for the next half-decade will include expanding the lineup from five nameplates built in one country, to six nameplates build in six countries. That expansion of models will include both a three-row competitor, and, of course, a small vehicle to slot below Cherokee. The company is also seeking to add a whopping 1,300 dealers over the next few years, to sell all this new metal, and has an aggressive goal of doubling Jeep sales by the time 2018 rolls around.
As expected, that first salvo from the off-road brand will be the debut of the much ballyhooed Renegade small crossover in the third quarter of this year. Jeep has already designated that Renegade will get refreshed for the 2017 model year, as well.

Sun, 03 Feb 2013How do you follow up such revered and successful ads as Chrysler's last two Super Bowl commercials? Imported from Detroit and Halftime in America should be given credit for giving the automaker's public perception a complete overhaul after its rescue from the brink with taxpayer money. What next, then?
We just found out during Super Bowl XLVII. This year Chrysler went with two commercials, one for Jeep and the other Ram. The two-minute-long Jeep commercial, called Whole Again, is narrated by Oprah Winfrey and presented as an open letter to the service men and women of America, simply expressing admiration for what they do - poignant message coming from a company whose history is so entwined with that of the military's.
The Ram commercial, called Farmer, honors the agricultural backbone of this country. Its soundtrack is a speech entitled "So God Made a Farmer" given by the famous radio broadcaster Paul Harvey, which plays over a slideshow of original photography commissioned by Ram. The images, of course, focus on farming and the people who do it for a living, and there's a few Ram trucks in there, as well.
