I've got a nice used Lexus LX470 with low miles (139,500) for sale. I've done lots of baseline maintenance on it and was planning on keeping it. My family is growing by 1 more soon, and I can only have one Land Cruiser. So here's the info.... The Good:
The Bad
I have a few extra parts and planned on doing more to it before we had a baby coming. Parts:
I had some plans for this rig. Armor it with new front and rear bumpers. Replace CV boots. New Stereo Unit Double DIN. Skid Plates. I just have to stop working on it and stick to my FZJ80 that I've had for a while. I was going to sell it and keep the LX, but I'm attached to the 80, so the LX must go. After that, you should be good to go for a long time. For an additional $300, I could include a full stainless exhaust system from the exhaust manifolds back. Good Luck!! I picked it up at an auction last December with plans to keep it and sell by FZJ80. If you check the Carfax, it shows that it was in an accident. From what I can tell, it was the front Driver side corner. I know that the Driver's side fender was replace and maybe the hood. I can't find the factory stickers on those. I did not see any signs of damage too far in, so it must have been not too bad. It did have a new headlight put in on the Driver's side since it looks newer than the other one. It's probably why the hood is not faded and the roof is. The brakes are at around 70%. 2014 Lexus CT 200h gains familial hourglass figure
Mon, 14 Oct 2013Following reports from last week that a refreshed Lexus CT 200h would arrive in dealers for the 2014 model year, we've gotten our first glimpse of what said refresh entails, and well, at first glance, it's not much. Lexus has fitted its familial spindle-style grille and a new set of headlamps to the hybridized hatchback.
Out back, the CT 200h has gotten a set of slightly slimmer taillights, while the F-Sport model shown here sports a revised rear bumper, with what looks like a subtle diffuser and some vertical vents. All told, the exterior refinements are nice, if not subtle, additions to the five-door hatchback.
It's unclear if anything has changed inside the CT 200h, although we'd expect a similarly light refreshening in line with what's been done outside. As for the hybrid powertrain, we wouldn't expect a wholesale change in that department - at least until the next-generation CT arrives around 2016.
Toyota fills in details about its future design direction and global platform

Almost all of the details about the Toyota New Group Architecture (TNGA) strategy have come out since the initiative was first reported on in March of this year, but Autoblog did learn a few new things about it on a recent trip to Japan. Probably the second-most important detail is that each new segment platform will be based around a common hip point to create an "optimal driving position architecture."
Lexus LF-C2 Concept teased ahead of LA Auto Show debut
Tue, 11 Nov 2014Lexus is bringing an appropriate concept to the 2014 LA Auto Show in the form of the topless LF-C2 Concept you see teased above (click on the image to enlarge). We really don't have a lot information on this one as of yet, although we only have just over a week to wait.
We can, however, speculate. Does the LF-C2 preview a convertible LF-LC? Maybe. Could this show off a replacement for the IS Convertible, maybe modeled on a RC coupe with a folding-metal roof? That's also a pretty fair possibility.
Proving that social media reveals have well and truly jumped the shark, Lexus will release further teasers of the LF-C2 during a three-day social media campaign. That'll culminate with its LA Auto Show debut on November 19.
