I am a private party seller and please understand that this car is not new. It is USED! And as such it will likely have imperfections that will distinguish it from a new car. What I offer is a car with decent mileage at a price that you would be bragging about to your friends. Having said that, no tire kickers will be tolerated. Any and all non paying bidders will be reported to e-bay and all three credit bureaus. You are not bidding to look at the car. You are bidding to buy the car. As stated in the e-bay rules when you signed up with e-bay, you are required by law to complete this transaction as I am to close on this vehicle.  This car will look like in person exactly like in the pictures. I do not alter the pictures in any way shape or form. I have a spotless reputation here on e-bay and every intention to keep it that way.

Fees & Taxes 
The total amount due is the high bid plus your own sales tax, (rate varies by county of residence). This is your own responsibility.

Basic Terms and Conditions 
A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact/payment is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. 
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. I reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. I reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
