I purchased the car new in 2007 from Mazda of Stamford Never any accidents, not even a fender bender car has original 33K miles. I travel for work and have many cars. This one I kept in NY and only drove occasionally I changed a lot on the car Now has approx. 325HP very fast and handles unbelievable All parts purchased From Streeetunit.com and installed by Technology R in the bronx . They make race cars/ Modifications to GTR's etc. Intercooler cold air kit Down Pipe Blow off valve Cobb tuner exhaust and manifold changed Interior strut brace Rear engine mount Car has been lowered sway bars fenders rolled drilled rotors with heavy duty brake pads New wheels and tires I have the old wheels with brand new general tires ( So two sets) Short throw shifter New heavy duty clutch changed 10/21/13 Mazda rubber winter floor mats car runs excellent and drives great super fast, interior is in perfect shape, Bose radio A/C and heat perfect, heated seats, navigation Low reserve bid with confidence Always used Mobil 1 oil from the start Exceptional You wont be disappointed |

Mazda3 successor due in dealers this fall
Sat, 23 Mar 2013Following exciting new models like the 2013 CX-5 and 2014 Mazda6, Mazda is getting ready to introduce the next generation of its high-volume compact, the Mazda3. After talking to several of Mazda's dealers, Automotive News is reporting that the automaker is planning to introduce its new compact this fall, which is earlier than what was originally reported.
Aside from what we've seen in recent spy shots and what appeared to be a full-scale design mockup back in October, there is little information about the third-generation 3, but we can see that the car will get plenty of cues from Mazda's stylish Kodo design language, and we expect even more technologies from the company's SkyActiv efficiency program to come to bear. AN says that Mazda is hoping to top 300,000 sales this year in the US, and the sooner Mazda can replace the current aging 3, the better chances it has at reaching that goal.
Mazda Miata 25th anniversary display is roadster heaven on Earth
Thu, 17 Apr 2014As part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the MX-5 Miata, Mazda has put together a rather large display at its New York Auto Show booth, showing off significant models from the diminutive roadsters history.
The display represents a healthy split of volume models, with cars 14, 15 and 17 sitting alongside cars 500,000 and 700,000. There are also more than a few concept cars in the offering, such as the Super20 Concept we drove a few years back, as well as older offerings, like the Club Racer concept from the 1989 Chicago Auto Show, the M-Speedster from the 1995 Chicago show and the M Coupe from the 1996 New York Auto Show.

2014 Mazda6: June 2013
Mon, 15 Jul 2013The 2014 Mazda6 is our most recent addition to the Autoblog long-term fleet, and we spent the month of June getting to know our Soul Red tester, generally enjoying the honeymoon phase of this twelve-month relationship. During June, the Mazda6 spent the majority of its time with director of photography Drew Phillips, who in addition to putting together this pretty gallery of our rakish long-term car, had a lot to say about it as a daily driver.
You see, not too long before Mazda delivered our long-term 6, Drew bought a 2014 CX-5 crossover to support his growing family. The CX-5 was the first vehicle to use Mazda's full suite of Skyactiv technologies, and we've generally enjoyed the good-to-drive CUV. A lot of that CX-5 goodness lies beneath the more shapely lines of this sleek Mazda6 sedan, so it's only fitting that Drew had a lot of comparisons between Mazda's two housemates during his month behind the wheel.
