1987 190E Cosworth 2.3 - 16 valve PROBABLY one of the best examples in the world !!
These Cosworths are becoming nearly impossible to find, especially in this condition. Being a 1 owner car up until about 1 1/2 years ago, it was babied and garaged kept. The original owner ordered this car with nearly every option available in 1987 and the original $39,600 window sticker to prove it. The original black pearl metallic paint shows very well with minor rock chips and small blemishes. Interior looks as if it were new, both only minor wear on the driver side bolster. Thankfully there is full documentation proving the mileage and all the service history as well. These 190e's are cheap compared to the E30 M3, these fine examples will sky rocket next. This is a Turn Key Time Capsule Daily Driver. Mercedes goes boating again with G63 AMG-inspired Cigarette
Wed, 06 Feb 2013Cigarette Racing has another Mercedes-Benz AMG-themed boat headed out to sea. After The SLS AMG-inspired 46-foot Rough Rider in 2010 and the C63 AMG Black Series-inspired 50-foot Marauder in 2012, this year's Miami Boat Show will introduce the 42-foot Huntress, theme provided by the G63 AMG.
The latest Cigarette homage is less overly racy than the ones before, befitting a watercraft modeled off a performance SUV, but don't let the looks fool: there are five Mercury Racing Verado 350SCi outboard engines, each one of them packing a supercharged inline six-cylinder with, natch, 350 horsepower. Those 1,750 horses will be good for 78 miles per hour when you've got some saltwater underneath you.
If you're in South Florida this week, Booth B-23 at the Miami Convention Center could be your best place to see it. Otherwise, like the 536-hp G63 AMG, it could be hard to catch. There's a press release with more information below.
Porsche teams with Delta airlines to woo VIP passengers
Sun, 15 Sep 2013The next time you're waiting for a flight at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, see if you can spot a Porsche Cayenne or Panamera zipping between aircraft on the busy tarmac. The high-performance German vehicles aren't there practicing for an upcoming autocross; they are tasked with whisking some of the airline's most important customers between flights so they can keep their busy schedules intact.
Launched nearly two years ago, the program has proven popular with the automaker, airline and passengers as all benefit from the unique arrangement. Atlanta-based Porsche is able to showcase its cars to Delta's frequent-flying Medallion members, the airline is recognized for providing unusual perks to its high-value customers and those fortunate enough to be surprised with a quick lift are able to make connections without a stressful run through the terminal. Based on its success, the airline is rolling our similar programs in New York, Los Angeles and Minneapolis this month.
And don't think Porsche is the only automaker working with an airline to entice its frequent flyers. Mercedes-Benz ran a program over the summer that offered purchasing and leasing incentives to MileagePlus Premier members of United Airlines, and the two are currently shuttling top fliers around Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport in the automaker's S-Class and GL-Class models.
2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class lineup shows its freshened face

Dieter Zetsche introduced the cars, including sedan, coupe, convertible and station wagon, on stage showing the stylish new design direction.
