Up for auction is a beautiful, luxurious, powerful, fully loaded Mercedes-Benz 600SEL with an incredible V12 motor. It only has 106,000 miles. It drives like a dream. So comfortable I find myself falling asleep when I'm driving it.
I put new Goodyear tires about a year ago. Always serviced regularly.
Previous owner had to put a new transmission in it , with 5 year warranty. So there is probably 1 or 2 years left on the transmission warranty(I will find out for sure)
Leather heated seats still look new. When I bought this car a year and a half ago it still had new car smell, so I have tried to keep it looking new and clean.
Rear seats are also heated and power adjustable

Negatives:
At stops after going down a steep hill, white smoke comes out exhaust. If it idles too long in park, white smoke comes out exhaust. Smogging the vehicle may be a problem. So bid accordingly.
Back window has a crack as you can see in the pictures. It has stayed the same and not got any worse since I owned the vehicle.
Sometimes after pulling through a car wash or after a rainy day, the car will start then shut off with a battery indicator light going on. It could be the wiring harness has deteriorated and needs replacement.
Title in hand. I hate to see this car go. I truly loved driving a big benz like this one. This car was the choice for ambassadors and dignitaries all over the world. Maybe the reason why I was told it has bullet proof glass. Not sure about that.

Forza Horizon announces January Recaro Car Pack with LFA N"urburgring Edition

2013 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Coupe

Mercedes-Benz upgraded its SLS flagship Coupe and Roadster for the 2013 model year, and the changes are marked with them new "GT" nomenclature. Both SLS models arrive with a retuned naturally aspired 6.2-liter V8 delivering 583 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque (the horses are up from 563, but the torque remains the same) mated to a revised seven-speed AMG Speedshift dual-clutch gearbox. Rounding out the mechanical upgrades is a redeveloped AMG two-mode adaptive suspension. Physically, the revised models are differentiated by their new "GT" badging, darkened headlight/taillight buckets, red brake calipers, unique wheel colors and high gloss finish on the front grille, exterior mirrors and hood/fender fins. Inside the cabin are new red seatbelts, Alcantara upholstery and contrasting red stitching.
As it is nearly impossible to experience the aluminum gullwing beast on public roads, Mercedes invited out to Southern California's Willow Springs to wring out the 2013 SLS GT Coupe on a racing circuit.
Mercedes CLA45 AMG Racing is ready for a spot on the grid
Tue, 10 Sep 2013Mercedes-Benz trotted out its CLA45 AMG-based racer at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. We first showed you the sedan in the deluge of news and reveals that precedes most good auto shows, and were blown away by the car, formally known as the CLA45 AMG Racing Series.
We were strolling by the Mercedes stand, and figured we'd pop in and take a look at the new racer and its carbon-fiber body panels, gutted interior, and race-sourced aero parts. It's a looker, both as a road car and a track weapon. It's not clear what series the CLA45 AMG will qualify for, although it does seem like a shoe-in for the World Touring Car Championship.
