My ebay feedback is 4800+ positive reviews over the last 10 years so everything here is 100% true.

2009 Mercedes Benz CLK550 AMG package with extremely low 7125 miles for sale by OWNER no need to pay ridiculous taxes or fees if you buy from dealer.  Clear title in hand.

Literally like brand new condition. Never seen rain, never seen snow, never seen salt, garaged under the dust cover when not in use for pleasure. No accidents, no flooding histories of any kind, no stories of any kind. Nothing to fix, nothing to worry about. Get in the car and drive.

Car is a rocket on par with BMW M3, only this is more prestigious and more luxury. This car has 5.5 liter engine, 388 hp with 391 ft-lbf of torque, even more horsepower than CLK AMG 55 (40 horsepower more). Beginning 2011 Mercedes no longer makes huge engines like that all 550 version come with a standard 4.6 liter engines (even though they are called 550), so this is your chance to get a beast 5.5L with tons of torque. This is trouble free 7 speed transmission with paddle shifters. Suspension is not hydro pneumatic or air like in S class or SL or CL class, it is regular coil over so it will never go bad.

Owner is a 60+ years old, obviously not the only car in the house.   MSRP on the car is $59,000 + tax  (7000 miles back), you are getting an almost brand new car for 50% off.  All test drives are welcome (during non rainy days), inspections are welcome, will pick up at any of Chicago-land airports, will help with shipping if needed.  Car is FLAWLESS in showroom condition.  Black looks much better in person than in pictures.  If you are considering a Porsche or m3 or cl550 or sl550 then consider this car, it is lighter and faster and with bigger engine than any competition out there.  Had oil changed 3 times at MB dealership.  Had battery replaced about 2 years ago at MB dealership. All receipts in hand.  2 keys in hand as well.

Currently the car is in the garage at 710 mill circle #107 wheeling, il 60090 (this location is closest of all properties we have to Chicago, if you are closer to Wisconsin we can show it at fox lake, il   Phone: (Eight Four Seven) 459 1535 Eugene   (text or call) or better simply stop by 10-6 mon-fri and sat 10-12 there is always somebody at that location at these times, other times are good as well but call ahead.  Title is in hand, accepted payments are CASH, Gold coins at spot value or Platinum coins at spot value.

This is a rocket on wheels that will make you extremely happy every time you get to drive it.  Again there are no stories with this car, come on over, test drive it, pay for it and drive away, this is a toy that spent most of it's life in the garage.   We are not interested in any offers the car will be sold for the price listed.

UK workers strand car on island of asphalt to keep working

Wed, 06 Feb 2013

Generally speaking, when you illegally park your car, you're likely to get ticketed and towed, but there is probably at least one motorist in Scotland who wishes that was the case. After workers had blocked off a portion of the parking lot for the Edinburgh Waverley railway station, the driver of this Mercedes-Benz S-Class reportedly moved some of the barriers to park in one of the empty spots.
Rather than having the vehicle towed, the work crew simply tore up the asphalt around the leaving just the one parking spot intact, and as you can see in the image above (posted to the Twitter account of Harold Norstad), the crew even built a small asphalt ramp so the car could get off its blacktop pedestal. Since this happened last week, there's no word as to whether the car was eventually moved or towed for the resurfacing work to continue.
Let this be a warning...

Maybach could become Mercedes-Benz sub-brand

Wed, 22 Jun 2011

When you're arriving in a twin-turbocharged, twelve-cylinder Maybach limo, there's no reason you should ever have to be late. Except, maybe, to make a fashionable entrance. But up at the corporate level, the entire Maybach brand is being slowed down as critical decisions about its future are being undertaken.
Last week, we reported that a decision on what path Maybach would take going forward would be due at the start of next month, but the latest reports indicate that the timeframe has been extended as further options are being considered.
The previous options under consideration were twofold: either relaunch the brand with production outsourced to Aston Martin - which suddenly finds itself with excess production capacity - or shut it down completely. And those are still two very real options. Word has it that Aston has put together four concept cars for the Daimler brass to consider, all based on the next-generation S-Class platform (and thankfully not the old one).

Mercedes Makes A Mighty Little Sedan
We got overexcited when the W203 Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan came out in 2001, calling it the "Baby Benz" when it really wasn't. We knew that, too, but our enthusiasm for a model more like the old 190 of the '80s was so strong that we were willing to stretch the first-gen C-Class to fit that mold. Today, the C-Class has done what all German premium cars do: grown in size. In this case, grown to satisfy the market intentions of the previous E-Class.
There was the tall A-Class sold from 1998 through 2010, but we never considered that a serious small Benz in the proper spirit, nor was it ever offered in the US. Regardless, we've been craving a smaller, premium, sexy sedan all the while.
