This SL comes with both soft and hard tops. The hard top is white and in excellent condition. I was unable to take pictures at the time of posting because it was in a storage.

This vehicle is being offered for sale by a dealership, this Mercedes was traded in to a new car store. This vehicle has been inspected and found to be in good mechanical condition, it starts, runs and drives with no known issues. Clean and clear title in hand, NO SALVAGE, NO FLOOD history. Normal wear and tear for the age and miles. Some wear on the soft top (see pics) but no leaks at all. There is a broken piece off the headlight frame you can see in the pictures, it does not affect anything,. All 4 tires match and are over 70% good. The smog inspection passed with no issues. This Mercedes is a rust free Southern California car, mechanically sound with the perfect color combination. The miles are the actual miles.

We have done the service and smog is done. The tags expired in 2012 so the back fee due for California buyers will be $102, in addition to the back fees all California buyers must pay:

Sales tax (based on your county's rate)
Smog check fee
Document preparation fee ($80)
Transfer of ownership fee (approximately $25)

Out of state buyers will only pay the purchase amount plus $80 document preparation fee if the vehicle will be transported to your home state. If the vehicle will be driven, sales tax will be collected.. Transportation is the buyer's responsibility.

2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class lineup shows its freshened face

Mercedes-Benz showed us its redesigned 2014 E-Class more than a month ago, but the Detroit Auto Show finally gave us a chance to see the full family of mid-size luxury cars and wagons in the flesh. Dieter Zetsche introduced the cars, including sedan, coupe, convertible and station wagon, on stage showing the stylish new design direction.
The wagon and sedan versions (shown as the E400 Hybrid above) will go on sale this spring, while the coupe and cabriolet will hit showrooms over the summer. Check our new gallery of live shots for the entire 2014 E-Class lineup, as well as the previously released press release below.

Next Mercedes-Benz GLK to get AMG variant? Not likely...

If you think Mercedes-Benz will slap an AMG badge on anything with wheels, think again. Word has it the German manufacturer will not offer buyers a performance version of the GLK, with Tobias Moers, director of AMG vehicle development, saying that he doesn't see a market for the car. That's not to say the picture won't change in the near future, however. According to CarAdvice.com, AMG is keeping a close eye on the arrival of the Porsche Macan.
"Maybe there will be a change in the market when the Porsche [Macan] comes up," Moers said, "but right now, no."
The real hitch in the giddy-up seems to be cost. Moers says developing the machine into something worthy of an AMG would represent "a huge investment." We can't exactly argue with that. Fortunately, AMG buyers have plenty of Mercedes-Benz models to choose from.
