FEEL FREE TO MAKE ME AN OFFER! CLEAN TITLE IN HAND!

I am selling my 05 Lancer Ralliart because I bought a new car and need to pay off the loan; the color is Graphite Gray Pearl. This car is absolutely gorgeous and is the cleanest, best running car you will find next to a brand new car with 0 miles, I promise you! The car doesn't have any rust either!

The car has 89,438 miles on it and will not change because I am not driving it while it's on the market.

I've owned the car since February 2012 and have babied it ever since. I wash the car once a week and clayed/waxed it before every major season. The paint is beautiful for a 2005. The car is garage kept and has been since February.

Every nook and cranny of the engine/exterior/interior is spotless, looks like no one drives it!

The car has a laundry list of new parts and mods, email me at any time for the list and more pictures.

Each part has less than 2,000 miles of use! Tires and rims have less than 3,000 miles of use! All fluids and brake pads/rotors have less than 2,000 miles of use also! This car needs nothing but a loving home!

Freezing A/C and heat works fantastic!

The clutch feels great, no slipping or grinding.

No faded rubber or interior! Has 35% tint all around.

If you have any questions, email me at any time and I will get back to as quickly as possible. You can also give me a call at 919-845-6252.

The worst rally driver you've ever seen

Wed, 14 Aug 2013

Fast cars and excellent driving skills might be the easy answers when asking how to succeed in rally racing, but after watching this video, a good teammate is obviously an important aspect of this sport, too. During the 2013 Rally of Coimbatore in India, driver Samir Thapar and his co-driver, Vivek Ponnusamy, didn't seem to be on the same page as the two attempted to navigate the course in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution.
We'd probably hear drastically different stories if we talked to Thapar and Ponnusamy about this particular event, but you know things are bad when "stay on road" and "turn the wheel" are commands given by the co-driver (and yes, that's a man running for his life in the screen shot shown above). As it turned out, though, it seems like the Ponnusamy was justified in his concerns to take care of the racecar. Race results show that despite winning three of the seven stages, this team ultimately ended the race with a DNF.
Scroll down to watch the video, and even though it's been edited down from almost 40 minutes to less than four, we get the idea that it wasn't a pleasant experience for driver or co-driver.

Mitsubishi AR Concept continues a wacky, wonderful tradition [w/video]

Thu, 21 Nov 2013

Mitsubishi enjoys a long history of thinking outside the literal box when it comes to designing minivans and people movers. Remember the Mitsubishi Van, a.k.a. Delica? How about the Chariot, better known to us as the Colt Vista? The Expo and Expo LRV, the twin models that succeeded it? These were all left-of-center takes on the MPV genre, and while they never sold in large volumes, we can't help but look back at them with a mix of bemusement and respect for their oddball character. Who knows? A production version of this AR Concept could be next.
According to Mitsubishi, "the comfort of a minivan and active personality of an SUV are merged at the highest levels" in the Concept AR. Us? We just think this mild hybrid concept looks kind of neat, even if it's just putting on off-road airs with its elevated ride hight, faux skid plates and black-lipped wheel wells.
Hardware-wise, this Active Runabout is less showcar and more 'real world,' with the front wheels drawing their power from a 134-horsepower, 1.1-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine paired with a 10-kW electric motor used as a belt starter generator (read: mild hybrid). A continuously variable transmission handles shifting duties.
