05 350Z Roadster Convertible 3.5L 6 Speed 42,000 original miles. My wife bought a 2010 370Z Nismo is the only reason we are selling. We have owned this car for the last 4 years and just love it. The vehicle has an reconstructed title, yet everything was replaced professionally. We upgraded the front bumper to a Nismo front bumper, and put an aggressive rear spoiler on it. The car has new Hankook tires, recent paint, brand new top, new brakes front and rear, and a new Exedy clutch and lightweight clutch installed. This Z needs nothing and is ready for years of enjoyment. Everything works properly and this car really flies!!! I have a 350Z coupe and we are only selling because we don't need 3 Z's for the 2 of us. The AC is ice cold, the car has heated leather seats, and all the power goodies work great. I ordered a set of custom seat covers for it from Motorsports as well. Included is a set of Roadster luggage which is great for long trips. Everything is solid on this car and it won't need anything other than oil changes for a long time. I only have used Mobil 1 oil in it since we bought it. It has some scratches in the interior and some rock chips on the front of car. This is the only bad things I can say about this Z. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. You can call or text me as well 304-678-9921. Look at my feedback rating, it hasn't been 100% because of misleading people. If you would like to look and drive before you bid feel free. Thanks...

What does a world-class downhill skateboarder drive? Something very cool
Thu, 09 May 2013Kevin Reimer has an interesting career and a fascinating car. The resident of Vancouver, BC is a professional downhill skateboarder - which we now know is a thing you can be - who sees a lot of commonality between his extreme occupation and his cherry 1991 Nissan Skyline GT-R.
The subjects of the latest Petrolicious joint, Racing Champions, Reimer waxes philosophical about skateboarding and driving down some of the same routes. You'll not be surprised to hear that riding the curves of a mountain slope, be it on a deck or in a bucket seat, both rely on grip and nerve in various measure. Scroll down to see for yourself, and don't miss the rest of our Petrolicious library when you're done.
2015 Nissan 370Z Nismo
Wed, 16 Jul 2014If you blinked, you missed the opportunity to pick up the last iteration of the 370Z Nismo, because after just a touch over a year of availability, Nissan is replacing it with this updated 2015 model - the third 370-based iteration from the brand's in-house tuner. Consider this version to be the 370Z's swan song. An all-new version is expected soon with a downsized turbo mill (something in the vein of a 240Z would not be impossible). That reality aside, the latest 370Z Nismo is a compelling package. It looks like a million bucks, takes a corner with verve, and gets belated tech goodies. Here are our impressions from a drive we took last week near Nissan's US headquarters in Tennessee.
Driving Notes
The Recaro seats are wonderful (shocker!). In fact, the interior in general has a much more strapped-down feel about it. A run-of-the-mill 370Z feels pretty great, although it's not a place for the big-boned. As with past Nismos, upgrades include contrasting colors on the faux-suede seat inserts, the gauge hood, the ten and two positions on the steering wheel, and a red centering stripe on the wheel. The upgraded materials are all nicely chosen and the cabin is a very sexy place to live - weirdly practical, too, considering the huge cargo area. Checking the "Tech" model option box brings a 7.0-inch nav screen in place of the upward swinging door over a storage cubby, a much-needed backup camera, an impressively good Bose stereo, and de riguer Bluetooth connectivity with audio streaming. Everything seems to work as advertised.
Spitballs flying between Nissan and Fiat
Thu, 06 Dec 2012At the 2012 LA Auto Show, Fiat brand chief and recently crowned marketing genius, Olivier François, attempted to distance the Fiat 500e from other electric vehicles, asking rhetorically, "Isn't ugliness the worst kind of pollution?" Nissan has apparently taken issue with these comments, feeling slighted for what it considers digs at the Leaf's styling. In a recent interview with Automotive News, Nissan's marketing chief Simon Sproule shot back, "Let's face it, Fiat has not shied away from controversial styling themselves," he continued, "many would describe many of their products as visual pollution." Ouch.
Sproule says that while the 500e is a "me-too" product, made only to appease US emissions regulations, the Leaf is a serious effort at producing an EV. The Nissan marketing boss points out that the Japanese automaker has invested billions in EV development and production facilities, while Fiat will lose $10,000 on every 500e sold.
However sales of the Leaf in the US are down five percent. Nissan sold just 8,330 Leaf's so far this year, but Sproule contends that it has less to do with styling, and more with the charging infrastructure. Sproule also thinks that Nissan hit a balance between styling and practicality with the Leaf: "It's still very recognizable as a five-seat hatchback, fully functioning, absolutely competitive with the packaging of the Golf of any other mainstream vehicle." For a segment where efficiency is king, isn't that what matters most?
