I have my 2007 350z Grand Touring Roadster for sale. This car comes with a clean title and I have the pink slip in hand (I can help out with taxes). This has been an absolutely awesome car to own, I really hate to let it go but I have just finished college and am in the process of purchasing a house and this will be my down payment. I am very aware how much this car is worth, so please no lowballing. In the SF Bay area there is NOT ONE 2007+ 350z GRAND TOURING ROADSTER there are many touring but not one that is fully loaded. In socal there is 1, 2008 but it is an automatic so this is actually rare to get this car with every option possible in a convertible.

I have miraculously taken care of this car, it never sits in the sun, I have a covered parking space it always sits in. The 12,000 miles I have put on it are about 90% freeway as I went to San Francisco State University and drove 4-5 days a week which is a pretty far drive where it also sat in a covered parking garage. The owner that I bought this car from was a Nissan "Z" enthusiast, who took excellent care of this car, this was his ex-wifes car that he purchased and notice I said "EX". . . the car had to go. That is when I picked it up, so a lady drove this car for a majority of its life. I have put nothing but the best oil, which is AMSOIL, into this engine and changed every 4500 miles.

The interior is a 10/10. Literally just as new looking as it comes from the factory, not one scratch/crack on the leather. I cleaned and conditioned the leather once a month.

The exterior is a 9.5/10. waxed once a month, and because of the clear bra there is literally no rock chips at all on the front. I have put aerospace 303 on the convertible top, and over the whole interior once a month. If you don't know what aerospace 303 it is SPF45 (sunblock) for your cars convertible top and interior or any leather that sees the sun.

Heres some stats about the car:

-68K miles
-6 Speed manual
-Clear Bra on front bumper and 1/4 of hood, lights, all fender wells.
- Brembo brakes fairly new pads all around, and will come with a brand new set of pads as well
-Dual power leather seats
-Dual heated seats (perfect for night time when the top is dropped)
-Touch screen navigation (this is a factory navigation an 1800$ option)
-Premium BOSE sound system ( this is only offered on the GRAND Touring not any other model).
-I have added a IPOD hookup as well as an auxiliary cord so whether you have an I phone or android your good to go, The I phone hookup also charges your I phone and you can control the songs through the deck and even on the steering wheel. This was a 400$ option I added.
-cruise control
-TRUE HID projection lights

The car has been lowered about 1/2 inch and I can still drive over any speed bump and never scrape on anything. The wheels have been upgraded to FORGED RAY VOLKS these are 19's all the way around with 295/30/19 pilot sports in the rear ( 85-90% tread left) and NEW 255/35/19 up front. This car handles amazing with this setup and looks perfect. I don't think I have seen a better-looking 350z personally. A C.A.R.B legal intake and thats it.

The 2007 350z has an overhauled engine with the HR (high rev motor) which is better than the previous years with a stronger block, has more horsepower, better interior and many more things. Click this link to compare the years and see every option.http://www.edmunds.com/nissan/350z/2007/?sub=convertible

Thank you for looking at my 350z I have about 25 pictures that I couldn't post up but I uploaded them to photobucket. Click the link below, if you have a problem viewing them I can also email them to you.

Nissan IDX sports coupe future increasingly cloudy [w/poll]

Tue, 15 Jul 2014

There's a strong desire among enthusiasts for more inexpensive, lightweight, fun-to-drive, rear-wheel-drive cars to exist in a world that contrasts sharply with automakers' desire to make money. While we all love the feeling of controlling the back end with the throttle, front-wheel drive is king when it comes to affordable cars. One of the future bright spots in the rear-drive market appeared to come from Nissan with its pair of IDx concepts. The two showcars from the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show took liberal design inspiration from the classic Datsun 510 and mixed it with modern powertrains in very attractive little packages. However, some pretty dark clouds are reportedly now hanging over the project.
Last we heard, a production version was supposedly "in the plan" from the Japanese automaker, but its trajectory may have changed inside the company in the last few months. According to Pierre Loing, vice president of product planning for Nissan Americas, the issue is making the sports coupe profitable. While Nissan has access to rear-wheel drive platforms, they are all meant for more premium vehicles (read: they cost too much). Assuming around 60,000 annual sales, Loing tells Ward's Auto that making a dedicated chassis for the IDx just isn't a moneymaker. If the car still does see production, it'll be after 2016, he says.
The decision whether to build the IDx has been teetering for a while. Nissan spokesperson Dan Bedore previously told Autoblog that the coupe would need a groundswell of support from consumers and enthusiasts if is to actually have a shot at production. If you are among the hopeful looking to see this affordable, rear-drive performance car in showrooms, get some friends together and start letting Nissan know that you actually want it - you can start here by adding a Comment and voting in our poll, because we're going to send the results on to Nissan.

Apple iTunes Radio picks Nissan as first automotive launch partner

Tue, 24 Sep 2013

With the launch of iOS 7 last week, those who carry around a certain fruit-branded cellphone got access to a new technology called iTunes Radio. Apple's delayed entry into a market currently dominated by service such as Spotify and Pandora, iTunes Radio allows users to create their own stations or to choose from a number of featured stations. From there, listeners can fine tune their results to deliver more popular songs or newer, deeper tracks. Each song is linked back to the iTunes store, allowing users to easily buy songs they fall in love with.
Now, Nissan has teamed with Apple as the exclusive launch partner for iTunes Radio. This partnership means you'll be seeing some Nissan-specific content when you're surfing through iTunes Radio, with some subtler stuff in the form of material and some not-so-subtle approaches, like Nissan's use of iAd, a system that allows developers to directly insert advertisements into apps. The focus at first will be on the upcoming Rogue, the redesigned Versa Note and the Leaf EV.
Nissan's vice president of marketing in North America, Jon Brancheau, explained the team up, saying, "We see iTunes Radio as an integral part of our new vehicle launches and 'big moments,' riding the wave of interest and usage of this exciting new service to maximize exposure of Nissan's new models." Take a look below for the rundown from Nissan.
