SUMMER IS HERE!!!!

370z NISMO - BLACK on BLACK...

2-Owner

One of the sadiest days of my life has come... I am selling my 2011 Nissan 370Z Nismo. This beauty is as new as they come for 2011, This car is absolutely clean, and she comes wearing a sexy jet black dress with black interior. In my opinion she is Flawless! Only 14,000 Miles! This car still is still covered under the manufactures warranty plan of 36,000 or 3years (3/2/2015) which ever comes first. I Bought her in December of 2012 from Nissan, and I have stored her in a heated garage all winter. I only got to drive her a handful of times before the winter came her in chicago, and i really am sad to let her go!:(. However, I have recently moved to California and want to buy a little sail boat to live on in the bay and get a tan all year instead of battling the famous midwest winters.. Something's gotta give!! I'm taking a very significant hit on my very low price I'm asking but I need to move her fast. Please keep in mind that this is a 44 thousand dollaer car new. This car is basically the same as the ones in the show room, if you sat in my car and saw her you would not be able to tell any difference! With just 14,150 miles and in exelent condition shes a steel! And if you've done your homework and know this car you already know this! Don't bother low balling me she's very under priced! I am Coming back from California to Chicago to sell her so here is your chance to get a NISMO without all the DEALERSHIP Fees and shenanigans...

 please serious buyers only!
 No scammers!

Again, If your looking to buy a NISMO this is the car for you!! I can be reached by cell at 872-888-4011.

NOTE: I reserve the right to end this auction early for a local buyer.

Thanks,
      Arnold

Meet the man who took a year sabbatical to drive his 1967 Datsun Fairlady Roadster

Tue, 28 Jan 2014

A quiet drive in the country can be the most relaxing thing in the world. What if it didn't have to end, and you could keep driving for a week, a month or even a whole year? That's what Scott Fisher is doing by taking a one-year sabbatical from work and driving his 1967 Datsun Fairlady Roadster around North America.
"I had owned a manufacturing business in Las Vegas for 16 years. I knew I needed to kinda' get out, and unwind, and get my mojo back," said Fisher.
Fisher's trip has covered over 30,000 miles through 44 states and 7 Canadian Provinces, and it is not over yet. He left from his home in Las Vegas, NV, last spring and drove to the Pacific. From there, he drove up the coast to the Canadian border and aimed the car for the Atlantic. He just posted on his blog about visiting the Nissan headquarters and museum in Franklin, TN, and his next stops are Mississippi and New Orleans, LA.

Mercedes to build CLA at Nissan plant in Mexico [w/poll]

Wed, 25 Jun 2014

Volkswagen may have paved the way for American customers to get used to the idea of German cars produced in Mexico, but it won't be the only one for long. BMW is said to be considering production of the 1 Series, 3 Series and Mini south of the border, Audi is working on its own factory in San Jose Chiapa, and now Mercedes-Benz is reported to be following suit as well. Only instead of building its own plant, Daimler is tipped to use a Nissan factory in Aguascalientes.
According to a report in Manager Magazin recently cited by Automotive News Europe, that's where Mercedes is considering building the GLA, CLA and another A-Class sedan. Just what the point would be of another sedan based on the A-Class in addition to the CLA, we're not sure, but if Benz can produce the larger CLS in addition to the E-Class and S-Class sedans, we suppose there'd be room for an A-Class sedan alongside the CLA as well.
We're still waiting on confirmation and comment from Mercedes on the prospect, but one way or another, the increase in Mexican production of German automobiles seems to be a foregone conclusion.

Nissan exec Andy Palmer derides Toyobaru coupes as 'midlife crisis' cars

Mon, 28 Oct 2013

Andy Palmer, Nissan's executive vice president, does not like the Scion FR-S or Subaru BRZ. To us, that's like saying you enjoy barbecuing puppies, but we'll let him slide, because his statements about the Toyobaru twins are much, much more than just idle trash talk.
Speaking to Motor Trend's Nate Martinez, Palmer said, "Do we have any competitors [in the small, rear-drive coupe segment]? Are you talking about the Subaru [BRZ]? It was a car designed for a 50-year-old. It's for a midlife crisis. That's not what we do." Strong words, but what followed was even better.
"Are you coming to the Tokyo Motor Show? You'll see the answer to the midlife crisis. Except it won't be for the midlife crisis." So, if you were wondering whether Nissan is working on a competitor to the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ, the answer seems to be a resounding "yes."
