Nissan Gt-r 2014 Premium Edition on 2040-cars

US $95,000.00
Year:2014 Mileage:3382
Location:

tamuning, guam, Guam

tamuning, guam, Guam

I am a semi-retired Physician and business owner, living on Guam for 20 years.

I am a car collector.

I'm no Jay Leno, but I currently have 6 vehicles. [have had as many as 8 at a time in the past]

Since I am here on-island only 6 months per year in my semiretirement, I simply have too many cars.  I purchased this beautiful car in August of 2013.  She currently has less than 2,870 miles on her: [I stated a bit higher above for some wiggle room since I am still driving it [only occasionally] until the auction successfully ends. I park her under cover both at home and at work, and as you can see from the mileage, she gets very little use.  She did have her first service already.  She runs perfectly.  Car gets TONS of attention.

Maybe a bit too much.

Any buyer can feel free to have her inspected by an independent a mechanic or dealer of your choice here on Guam, USA.

Also, if you want to hire an escrow agent and/or a lawyer to inspect the car and hold the car after the auction ends, feel free to do so

This is a no stories car: no accidents, no drama whatsoever

I have never raced her and have never used the "launch control" even one time; and will not use it between now and the sale/shipping.  That's not my kind of thing.  I'm a surgeon and need "control" [I've seen those amazing videos though!!]

She does have a superficial scratch on the front fascia [at the very, very bottom, right side] that does not involve the paint whatsoever.  [It is barely, barely noticeable]

That flaw is scheduled to be fixed [replaced] under warranty in the next week or two I understand [my business partner arranged this for me since I was off island at the time he made that minor scrape [Asshole!!] ]

I will follow up on this minor, minor repair for you.

Car still has that new car smell and the interior is pristine and without marks tears, etc

The car is in pristine condition.  Wheels are unscraped, paint is flawless, and even some of the stickers are still on the inside of the car

Bottom line is that this is an awesome car!!!

I promise I WILL sell this car from this auction even though there is a reserve.

I want to become more liquid in my old age, and after the note is paid off, I can help the successful buyer arrange shipping at his or her own cost

I have shipped many cars to and from Guam.

It is a streamlined, pain free process, since Guam is still in the U.S.

Once the auction ends and I receive your deposit, I will give the keys to your agent or representative here, if you have one.

Cheers and Happy Bidding!!!

And remember, there's nothing like "Resale Red" as a car color!!!

This car is an investment and not simply a purchase

This vehicle will surely take it's place in the Pantheon of true collector cars one day

We've all seen the you-tube videos!!!

Please email me at humblechuck@gmail.com for questions...or text me at 671-688-0895[...I do not get voice messages from that phone but I do get all texts to that number]

Nissan looking to expand UK plant to build Infiniti Q30

Thu, 22 Aug 2013

With the Infiniti Q30 concept heading to the Frankfurt Motor Show next month and a future premium compact model heading into production at Nissan's Sunderland UK assembly plant, just connecting the dots tells us this new small Infiniti is headed for UK production. Backing this up, Reuters is reporting that Nissan is looking to expand the Sunderland plant by 25,000 square feet, while Automotive News Europe takes it a step further by almost confirming that the Q30 will be built alongside the Nissan Qashqai and Note.
The reports say that Sunderland is already the UK's biggest automotive plant, but the expansion will make it even larger with production capacity expected to rise from the current 500,000 units built each year to more than 550,000. There is no indication if the expansion will bring more jobs to the plant, which already employs around 6,000 people.

Watch this 800-hp Nissan Juke-R savage the 'Ring

Fri, 29 Aug 2014

The concept of the 545-horsepower Nissan Juke-R that stuffs the drivetrain of a GT-R into a subcompact crossover is already insane, but Russian company Shpilli Villi Engineering has taken things even further with their own crazy riff on the idea. Its version tunes the engine up to a claimed 800 horsepower, plus a shot of nitrous for an extra 200 hp to put it (way) over the top. Naturally, a number of other upgrades have been exacted in an effort to try and keep the custom Juke's shiny side up and the driveline internals from spontaneously rearranging themselves. Those changes include a beefed-up switchable all-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive layout and revised suspension.
Last year, you may recall that we saw an earlier version of Shpilli Villi Engineering's insanity testing with a mere 700 hp in a one-mile, standing drag race against a Bugatti Veyron. In that state of tune, the Juke-R lost, but by less than a hundredth of a second. Now, owner and racer Vladimir Ulanov has brought his madness to the Nürburgring Nordschleife to see how it does around a damp lap of the famous track.
It looks like 800 hp and a moist track might be almost too much for this Juke to handle, because Ulanov gets very loose at several points during the lap. Understandably, his passenger seems suitably impressed and possibly a little freaked out at the end. See what you think of this craziness by watching the video.

Nissan Canada to end Versa sales with Micra launch

Mon, 24 Feb 2014

There's plenty of space in Canada. In fact, with the second largest land mass of any country in the world, Canada has a population density of just nine people per square mile. But apparently there isn't enough room for more than one cheap Nissan in the True North, Strong and Free.
As you may recall, Nissan Canada recently announced it would begin offering the Micra hatchback with a starting price of less than ten thousand Canadian dollars - significantly less than the nearly $12k it charges for the Versa sedan. As a result, Nissan will reportedly cease offering the Versa sedan in new home of the olympic gold medal for hockey.
Apparently the Versa was a slow seller in Canada, a country in which European tastes tend to prevail - particularly in the Eastern provinces - more than they do in the United States to the south. Nissan evidently hopes that the Micra (a model created principally for the European market) will do better than the American-centric Versa ever did there. According to sales numbers cited by Automotive News, Nissan sold barely more than 12,000 Versa sedans and hatchbacks in Canada last year, but over 117,000 in the United States.
