Somerset, Pennsylvania, United States

I purchased this truck in 2007 with roughly 25000 miles on it.  The first thing I had done was had it rhino lined from the center trim all the way down including the bottom and under side of tailgate.  When under warranty nissan replaced the rear end once.  I had it replaced a second time and then it failed recently but was replaced under warranty.  They recommended I have the locker removed as they kept calling the weak link.  I haul cars and tractors ect. locally.  So here i am selling by baby so I can upgrade to a 1 ton diesel.  I hate seeing trucks squatting low with minor loads on the bed so I had air bags installed and air lined ran to the gas fill door.   When loading a tractor one of the ramps kicked out and it bent the tailgate.  I had a new one ordered front nissan but never special ordered the matching key lock.  One day my wife scraped the mail box with the front fender so the next week I had the brush guard installed along with the ta-hoe cover.  I have always been very serious about service oil at every 5000 mile interval.  When I had new tires put on about 2 weeks ago they found a loose tie rod and ball joint.  They have both been replaced and had an alignment done.  Aside from the above stated this truck is mechanically in great shape.  A few dents and scuffs but over all in good shape.  This truck is my daily ride so mileage will change till auctions end.  Brake controller is also installed under dash at right knee.  Truck has rockford fosgate sound system with sub and will shake the cab.  DVD works great for the long family trips.  5 disc cd changer and aux input had been one of my favorites.  Equiped with remote start with half mile range(I hate the cold)  This is a great ride with major issued.  bid with confidence call or text with any questions  81four-23three-794five.

Mark

Truck is also for sale locally so auction may end early asking 13,500 but listing with no reserve  truck must go to make room for new one!!!

Truck can be checked out any time in somerset pa

Next Nissan GT-R to take cues from GT-R LM Nismo Le Mans entry

Fri, 06 Jun 2014

For those wondering why Nissan named its coming Le Mans Prototype the GT-R LM Nismo, colliding the two worlds of sports car and prototype racing, an article in Autocar might have the answer. The deeper union is explained by saying that the next-generation GT-R will use "hybrid technology that will closely align it" with the GT-R LM Nismo.
The point could be further driven home by the fact that the GT-R LM Nismo will begin its FIA endurance racing campaign next year, and the next GT-R is due to debut next year as a 2016 model. The expectation is that it will use a hybrid system possibly dubbed R-Hybrid and perhaps developed by Williams. Just like performance car makers Ferrari and Audi, Nissan wants its racing efforts to pay off with road car technology, company vice president Andy Palmer saying they "want to link technological linkages between future evolutions of the GT-R and evolutions of what we do in LMP1, and the two do go in both directions."
The bigger question is, with the GT-R getting hybrid assistance, will it also get the weight gain that usually comes with it? Enthusiasts would love to see the trend reversed, especially on a car that's already no lightweight.

Nissan gives a better look at its Vision Gran Turismo concept

Wed, 11 Jun 2014

Just the other day, Nissan released an image showing all of its cars you can drive in Gran Turismo, with one little mystery hiding in the bottom right corner: a draped shape with the date June 10, 2014 - suggesting that it would reveal its Vision Gran Turismo on that date. Well, if you look at that calendar you'll realize that June 10 came and went yesterday, and Nissan didn't reveal the car.
As it turns out, what the folks at Nissan meant when they indicated June 10 was that they'd release the next teaser on that date, and that's what we have here. The teaser hints at one menacing-looking futuristic chunk of virtual performance meta, but "the next chapter" won't be revealed until next week on Monday, June 16. At that point we hope Nissan will actually reveal the full thing and not another teaser, but one way or another the finished product is expected to be present in the flesh (or sheet metal) for the Goodwood Festival of Speed at the end of the month.

Nissan Rogue, Pathfinder and Infiniti QX60 recalled for loose lug nuts

Wed, 04 Jun 2014

Nissan has announced a small recall affecting 334 vehicles built just a few months back. 2014 Nissan Rogue and Pathfinder and 2014 Infiniti QX60 CUVs built between March 7 and March 10, 2014 could be susceptible to a loose lug nut on the passenger side wheels.
We shouldn't have to explain why a loose lug is a bit of an issue. Thankfully, it's also a ridiculously easy fix. Nissan obviously recommends reporting to your local dealer - and it will begin notifying owners of affected vehicles - but this is one of those rare recalls that has an easy DIY element to it.
Take a look below for a brief bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
