Unmolested factory original survivor.
Meticulously maintained. 305 cu in (5.0 Liter) factory Chevy
engine with 45,000 original miles. Turbo Hydra-Matic 350 automatic transmission. Fluid recently changed. All factory emission devices intact
which are required for PA State emission inspection. Very nice color combination. Cream
exterior with maroon landau roof and maroon interior. Beautiful maroon pillowed velour cloth interior. Landau roof in excellent condition. Factory Pontiac Rally II wheels Rustproofed when new Garage kept since new Oil changed regularly Factory am/fm radio Full size spare tire Power windows Cruise control PS/PB Recent repairs include: New
muffler/tailpipe, new alternator, new battery, new heater hoses, new front
brake pads, rotors, calipers, brake hoses and front brake lines, radiator
flushed and new antifreeze, new spark plugs and spark plug wires, new valve
cover gaskets (the engine is spotless under the valve covers). Full frame car that rides very nice,
is roomy and is a pleasure to drive. Large trunk with undamaged original factory
padded trunk mat. Recent Pennsylvania safety and
emission inspection, good through September 2014. Great candidate for a low rider, a
classic car cruiser, or use as a family vehicle. Body/paint has some minor door dings
and some very minor surface rust spots. A/C needs charged which takes R12
refrigerant that is no longer readily available. Can be converted to R134a refrigerant. The only place with any body rust
through is the bottom corner of the driver door. Head liner is starting to come loose
from the foam in a couple places after 30 years. Shipping is the sole responsibility

GM recalling over 40,000 Chevy, Pontiac and Saturn models over fuel pump woes
Mon, 01 Oct 2012The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall for a number of General Motors cars and crossovers bought or currently registered in the hot-climate states of Arkansas, Arizona, California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas. As many as 40,859 units consisting of the 2007 Chevrolet Equinox, Pontiac Torrent and Saturn Ion and the 2007-2009 Chevrolet Cobalt (shown) and its Pontiac G5 twin are being recalled for potential fuel leaks.
This recall is being issued due to potentially faulty fuel pump components that can crack and cause gasoline to leak from the return or supply ports and possibly cause a fire. NHTSA has not indicated how many fuel leaks or vehicle fires have been reported. As a fix, GM will replace the fuel pump modules on all affected vehicles free of charge. Since Pontiac and Saturn have been shuttered, owners will be able to go to another GM-brand dealership to have their vehicles repaired.

Automakers tussle over owners of 'orphan' makes
Thu, 10 May 2012When General Motors put down several of its brands in recent years, it also let loose thousands of brand-loyal customers who will eventually need another car.
R.L. Polk Associates estimates there are more than 18 million cars from 16 discontinued makes on the road today. Those "orphan owners" have sales-hungry competitors seeing dollar signs. GM is offering Saturn owners $1,000 cash toward a Chevy Cruze, Cadillac CTS or a GMC Acadia. Ford is giving its Mercury lease customers a chance to get out of their contracts with no early-termination penalty and offering to waive six remaining payments if they drive off in a Ford or Lincoln.
Edmunds.com research shows the efforts are paying off somewhat for GM, with 39 percent of Pontiac owners, 37 percent of Hummer owners and 31 percent of Saturn owners taking delivery of another GM-branded vehicle. But that leaves as much as 69 percent of owners going elsewhere. Ford, Honda and Toyota seem to be attracting many former GM owners.
