Limited Edition Pontiac Grand Prix McLaren 3.1 Turbo   Only 1500 were produced by McLaren Racing

I have done a complete nut & bolt restoration of this vehicle. It took me 4 years to complete and two thousand five hundred hours of labor..!

I did a Restoration Modification on this vehicle in order to take advantage of the modern technology we have today..!

I built this vehicle for Pro Touring and Auto Cross

Absolutely no expense was spared on this build.

Engine and Transmission have 1800 Miles on it and Speedometer was replaced with a New Oem which had zero miles on it..! I wanted a fresh start
in terms of actual mileage on engine and transmission.

Essentially this is like a brand new car built better than the factory at McLaren using the latest technology.

Engine: Completely rebuilt with all new parts by  World Class Engine Builder Jasper Motors out of Indiana.  (Comes with a 3 year 100 % Guarantee on Motor)

Transmission: Completely rebuilt by professional transmission builder with all new and modern parts.  (Comes with 2 year 100 % Guarantee on Transmission)

Paint: All Fenders,Doors,Hood,Trunk & Windows were removed in order to have a show car paint finish..!

Interior: Front & Rear Seats, Package Tray, Floor Mats & Trunk upholstered using high quality leather.

Windows: All windows tinted by professional along with brand new windshield

Thousands of dollars were spent on powder coating many parts on this vehicle.

Examples of modern technology used: Nascar adjustable front and rear suspension. Tubular rear suspension, Upgraded Turbo Charger,
MSD  Ignition Coils and Wires, Larger Fuel Injectors, Custom Built Stainless Steel Muffler System with Flow Master Mufflers.  Brand New 16 Inch wheels with Pirelli tires,Stainless Steel Fuel Lines and Earls Aluminum fittings. Upgraded Pioneer 7 inch touch screen GPS, Bluetooth, XM radio and IPOD capability. Infinity Amplifire and six speaker sound system.Custom Leather Interior which includes Leather in Trunk. New Rug, Dynamat through out car including Trunk, Optimum Battery, New Brakes, Hubs and Calipers, New Gas Tank & Sender, New AC compressor,Dryer and Liners, HKS Blow off Valve

Each and every part was purchased new for this car from front to rear..!

This vehicle was produced by McLaren  It looks like a Jet Fighter Plane inside and out with fighter pilot type pods and controls for the driver.

This is an opportunity to own a high quality Ultra Rare Pontiac McLaren Turbo which was completely restored to the highest quality which the pictures show.
McLaren has built many cars over the years including the Mercedes SLR McLaren

Only one thousand five hundred were produced in 1990..!  No one in the country has one completely restored and updated with modern technology while keeping the integrity of  McLaren Racing

Check out the official 2013 Trans Am Hurst Edition commercial

Sat, 16 Mar 2013

The Poncho is dead. Long live the Poncho. Like certain other reoccurring personal maladies, the aftermarket community simply can't let the Trans Am go without another flare up. The guys at Trans Am Depot have worked up a quick commercial for their newest creation: The 2013 Trans Am Hurst Edition, and it watches pretty much like you'd expect it to. The footage is comprised of just about every TA male fantasy you can conceive of, from Daisy Dukes and white tank tops to tramp stamps, bikinis and ice cream cones. There simply aren't words for what you'll see below.
Of course, we like our T-Tops as much as the next guy. If you like what you see in the videos, you can pick up your very own TA by heading over to the Trans Am Depot site. The guys even have Chevrolet Camaro-based versions of the Pontiac GTO if the '77 TA treatment is too much for your tastes. Enjoy, but don't say we didn't warn you.

1939 Pontiac Ghost Car commands $308,000 at auction

Mon, 01 Aug 2011

For the 1939 World's Fair, Pontiac built a Deluxe Six bodied in Plexiglass. Part of the Previews of Progress pavilion in which General Motors' Futurama showed off what was to come in the world of autos, the 'invisible' Pontiac is credited as the first transparent car in America. And there were no shortcuts taken with its body: the Plexiglass form was fabricated by the company that brought the material to market in 1933, Rohm & Haas.
The see-through sedan was sold at RM Auctions' St. John's auction in Michigan on July 30, fetching $308,000. Not bad appreciation for a domestic oddity that cost $25,000 to build when new. You can check out the high-res gallery of its innards, including copper and chrome metalwork and white moldings and wheels, and get the exhaustive details on it after the jump.
