This very clean Saab 900 Turbo Convertible has been in my family for years. It is in very good condition and has low miles. The paint on the car looks very nice with only a few problems. There is a small dent on left front fender as shown, a slight dent in right rear quarter panel and slight crease at bottom of passenger door. There are no other scratches or chips or dents. The interior is in great shape. The seats have no rips or tears other than a small hole on side of driver's bottom seat and tear in carpet on inside of driver's sill. The leather has been well maintained. The rear seats are excellent. The door panels are in good condition with no problems. The fascia is in good shape with no missing buttons or knobs or other problems. The top of the dash has some typical inch long cracks at the corners of the tray and one in front of the wheel. Has black floor mats with red Saab lettering. There is no rust on the car except some minor rust on the bottom edge of inside passenger door. The top has some tears which are sealed. Doesn't look great but does not leak. Interior lights, door locks, windows, instruments/lights, windows, horn, wipers, are all working. Not working is the washer squirter, cruise control and top. Then car starts easily, runs and shifts fine. The turbo was replaced at some point and is very strong and pulls great. Car does not leak oil or show any smoke. Recently had all fluids changed including synthetic oil and wix filter. Recent repairs include new battery, tires, kyb struts, brakes and exhaust. Overall a very nice, clean good looking car for a cheap price. Comes with boot cover (3 piece plastic in tan color), red cap and watch.
Car is sold as is without warranty. Please ask any questions before bidding.

Spyker and Youngman sign deal, plan to build D8 SUV and Phoenix-based range
Mon, 27 Aug 2012It appears Spyker is strengthen its ties and carmaking ability with Chinese carmaker Youngman. This comes in the wake of the brand's latest dealings with a $3 billion lawsuit against General Motors regarding the demise of Saab.
Youngman is reportedly investing €10,000,000 ($12.5M USD) for a 29.9-percent stake in the company. The shares are being sold for €0.05 (6.3 cents) each, representing a fully diluted share. Youngman has said it will not take on more than the 29.9-percent stake.
Additionally, Youngman will invest €25,000,000 ($31M) for the development of an all-new Spyker vehicle, called the D8 P2P, named for the Peking-to-Paris rally. The vehicle had been shown as a concept by Spyker previously, but things had been quiet since then. It appears Spyker will now build the uniquely styled D8 Concept shown above. The vehicle is to launch at the end of 2014 and carry a price of $250,000 per vehicle.
Saab's never-was 9-3 gets a few better looks
Sat, 23 Mar 2013The recent glimpses we've been getting of the never-was Saab 9-3 Phoenix must be like rubbing salt on the wounds of all the Saab fans out there. If that's the case, diehard Saab enthusiasts might want to look away from this. SaabWorld has uncovered a handful of shots of what was to be the next-generation 9-3 hatchback, and boy does it look sharp.
Revealing a clearer look at what we previously saw in grainy images or as a full-scale model, these new pictures show what Jason Castriota had in mind for the new car. The front end is obviously inspired by Saab's Phoenix Concept, while the rear of the car pays homage to the Saab 900 hatchback.
We like the overall look. Let us know what you think in the Comments.
Hot rod tractor stars in Swedish version of Farmkhana
Mon, 08 Sep 2014The Nordic countries are known for their beautiful fjords, blonde-haired populace and bitter cold for a good portion of the year. The hours spent indoors during the dark, cold season apparently gives a lot of time for some crazy brainstorming. Tire store chain Vianor is highlighting the Traktor Terror in a new video. If Ken Block is the master of Gymkhana, then these guys know all about Farmkhana in their custom, turbocharged tractor.
According to the YouTube description from Vianor, the tractor is a 1956 Volvo BM Terrier with an added roll cage, adjustable front suspension and extended frame. The engine is thoroughly Swedish, and it's based on a Volvo 940 Turbo with a Volvo 240 head and Volvo 740 intercooler. However, it uses a Saab turbo Prospark ignition and fuel system. All told, the setup is claimed to make 225 horsepower and is capable of a top speed of 60 miles per hour.
That's not crazy power, but this tractor can certainly put it down. The farm machine has no problem smoking those big rear wheels and drifts easily.... although, it may be a tiny little bit unstable (hence the roll cage). If nothing else, this looks like the world's most fun way to be a farmer, that's for sure.
