Hello I'm Dickie. I've been in business for 38 years and have been with ebay motors 11 years this Feb. I only sell cars on this site so there is no need to search my feedback for anyone who has bought a car from me. Every feedback from a buyer is for a car like this one. No exceptions. My wife and I buy cars one at a time and drive them until we are sure we've fixed anything that needs to be. We bought this nice Saturn SL2, because it is a very nice running, woman owned and a non smoker. These are getting harder to find and especially with low mileage. They are dependable and better on gas than cars built today. This car has no issues, you can drive it anywhere. It even has an owner's manual. Smooth running engine and a transmission that shifts up and down excellently. If you are in this price range I don't think you will find a nicer car. I personally enjoy driving it. What can you buy that is not in need of work, has a zillion miles on it and is all banged up for $2195.00? This car runs as nice as it looks! Clever video selling Saturn Ion "sex machine" will catch your eye

NHTSA opens safety investigations into Toyota, GM and Honda crossovers

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is evidently keeping itself very busy these days, as the federal agency has just announced it is launching or renewing investigations into Toyota, Honda and General Motors crossovers.
2006-2008 model year Toyota RAV4 crossovers are under review for allegations of rear tie-rod rust which can result in failure. NHTSA also said it is probing some 35 complaints about 2005 Honda Pilot models with inappropriate activation of the vehicles' stability control system. The alleged malfunction can cause the vehicles to slow down or stop in bad unsafe situations. At the moment, NHTSA is reviewing a petition regarding the Pilot issue, a move that will determine whether it needs to open a full-blown investigation.
In addition, Saturn Outlook and GMC Acadia three-row crossovers built in 2007-2009 are getting looked at for "loss of low beam headlamp" function. One complainant said the wiring in his Outlook overheated and melted. NHTSA says it has received 415 complaints about the problem and a GM spokesman confirmed that the automaker already started a "Customer Satisfaction Program" in December to address the issue.

When the deal to sell Saturn to Penske Automotive fell through, there were likely a lot of surprised people at General Motors' Detroit, MI headquarters. Penske released a statement saying that the reason the deal fell through after months of good faith negotiations was that a suitable post-GM supply of vehicles could not be found. However, after reacquainting ourselves with over eight minutes of outtakes from Jim Gaffigan's old Saturn commercial, we're thinking the comedic pitchman is to blame.
