For sale is a 1991 Subaru Legacy L wagon all wheel drive mail car, factory right hand drive. it has 186,423 miles on it but is a daily driver so may be a little more by end of auction. This car is NOT perfect but is very good and dependable mail delivery vehicle. It has cold air conditioning, has a new radio with CD player / aux port / charger port. It was leaking oil recently so i had all new seals put in the motor (complete kit) while they were in there they went ahead and put a new water pump also, also just put new brakes and rotors on it. In november of last year it had new struts and also replaced the differential. Car runs and shifts smooth and like i said is a daily driver, ready to be put to work, has ample room for plenty of mail and packages. The tires on it are thin and need replaced, but it also comes with another set of 4 wheels that have new Winterforce tires on them with less than 2,000 miles on them. (so car auction includes 9 wheels/tires total counting the spare) Like i said the car is not perfect it has a few odd things: like the horn on the steering wheel doesnt work so there is another push button horn mounted to the left, the passenger side window does not have its own button - the window does work but you have to use the master control, just little things like that. All power windows do work. There is some rust on the car but not terrible. The four wheel drive works great, car goes awesome in the snow especially with the winterforce tires on it. The interior is dirty and stained like you would expect in an older vehicle! The magnets come with the car but the yellow strobe light does not.
The "issue" on the title check above is due to the fact that the car has over 100k miles on it the title says "exempt" on the odometer.. car does have a NORMAL Clear title (not a salvage, flood damage or anything like that!) and also comes with all books etc to the vehicle.

Next Subaru WRX and STI to go sedan only; reveal headed for LA
Mon, 26 Aug 2013After a serious bit of teasing at the 2013 New York Auto Show, Subaru might be finally preparing to pull the sheets off of the production versions of the new WRX and STI. The venue, according to Automotive News, will be the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show in November. Besides that tasty bit of info, AN has a number of other interesting ideas about the 2015 WRX.
If you've been a fan of the five-door bodystyle, don't read this - the next WRX and STI will reportedly go four-door only. We've already seen the latter's whopping great wing, a tradition we're happy to see soldering on for next-gen car. According to the AN report, power figures to be around 265 horsepower from a 2.5-liter, turbocharged, flat-four engine.
Los Angeles is still quite far off, so expect to hear more rumblings about a production WRX or STI in the coming weeks. Take a look above for our most recent batch of spy photos, and then hop down below for some images of the stunning WRX Concept that was shown at New York.
2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek Hybrid [w/video]
Mon, 11 Nov 2013The butler announcing arriving guests to the hybrid party has just called Subaru's name, at long last. The XV Crosstrek wasn't even supposed to come to the US, but the 2014 XV Crosstrek Hybrid endows it with a suit tailored for our regulatory dress code, adding all that weighty battery goodness to the Impreza-turned-compact-crossover.
Subaru didn't want to say why it sent the XV Crosstrek to the hybrid party first, but the original car itself was an opportunistic play for the European market that has worked out surprisingly well over there and over here. In areas represented by the American flag it's doing about 4,000 sales per month and on pace to hit 50,000 units for all of 2013; that's just another happy chapter in Subaru's generally awesome year that sees it outpacing Volkswagen through the end of October, 347,890 units to 342,962.
The XV Crosstrek Hybrid is the opportunistic play for the 25 percent of Subaru buyers that will be looking for a hybrid as their next vehicle, so sayeth Subaru, and for those outside the fold who are determined to include the word "hybrid" in their purchase but also want some extra ride height, space and all-wheel drive.
2015 Subaru Legacy spills out ahead of Chicago
Tue, 04 Feb 2014Subaru has been one of the industry's hottest automakers, recording record sales month after month. Those handsome figures have come largely on the backs of its crossover lineup, however - models like Forester, Outback and XV Crosstrek have been carrying all the water. The Japanese marque has seen less noteworthy performance out of its midsize sedan, the Legacy, but a new one is slated to be revealed later this week at the Chicago Auto Show, and it hopes to improve the company's family sedan fortunes.
Leaked here in these first photos, the 2015 Legacy picks up some cues from the brash Legacy Concept revealed at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, but it loses some impact and gains a pair of rear doors versus the showcar. There's little new visual ground broken, but the overall look is more harmonious than its balloon-fendered predecessor. As is often the case, it has features that make us think of other cars, but overall, it looks to be a handsome (if conservative) design. We particularly like the sleeker roofline and the bold front grille treatment - the latter will likely serve well as the face of the next Outback.
Subaru has traditionally offered function-over-form interiors, and while the new dashboard remains visually staid, it looks to have picked up a number of nice new features, including improved HVAC controls, a new steering wheel and freshened touchscreen navigation system.
