Truck has been regularly maintained including synthetic oil changes, regular wheel rotations and alignments at every rotation. This is a Southern California vehicle, so it has seen no winter driving. Minor cosmetic scratches on rear gate and side panel from normal driving conditions and normal truck uses. All are minor. Inside is VERY clean. Power everything including locks, windows, seats and rear window. Leather wear on the drivers arm rest & slight leather pulling at seam on driver door. Small tear in leather in middle of back bench seat. No smokers ever in car. Upgraded Pioneer stereo-HD & XM ready, ipod input, CD and Bluetooth. All manuals present and CA registration current till April 2015. I bought this truck 5 years ago from a Toyota dealer--had 31,400 miles on it. Was involved in 2 minor accidents where I was hit and sustained minor body damage--no frame damage. All body work was done by Sterling Collision in Tustin, CA. Clean title in hand.

It's a hard knock life for a N"urburgring rental car
Wed, 12 Dec 2012Rental cars get no respect. They're abused, misused and flogged mercilessly as athletes in Rental Car Olympics. And that's just at your everyday airport rental counter. The torture gets extreme for rental cars thrashed around Germany's infamous Nürburgring.
Rent4Ring expects its customers to drive its cars around the 'Ring with enthusiasm and, in some cases, less skill than the pros. Rent4Ring just recently retired its Suzuki Swift Sport from its fleet and shared the car's two-year-plus lifetime highlights.
The little hatchback made more than 2,800 laps of the 'Ring over three seasons amounting to more than 310,000 miles driven by 457 different drivers. "Some were fast, some were slow. Some were nice to the car, a few were frankly awful," says a Rent4Ring rep.

Thu, 20 Feb 2014Say what you will about its smallest SUVs, but you have to hand it to Suzuki: the likes of the Samurai, Sidekick and Vitara were doing the little-sport-ute-that-could thing long before most of the rest of the industry caught on. And the formula remains relevant enough that Suzuki is still selling the same basic Samurai overseas as the Jimny.
That could be why the Samurai still has something of a cult following. Well, that and the name - which, as it turns out, may not have been such a stretch after all. A Samurai warrior, after all, was just one man - but like any other knight, he was worth more than his headcount on the battlefield. Or in this case, a Japanese snowstorm. Suzuki recalling 101,000 Forenza, Reno models over faulty headlamps

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced a recall of over 100,000 Suzuki models. The NHTSA recall extends to certain 2004-2006 Suzuki Forenza models and 2005-2006 Reno vehicles, These were vehicles produced from September 2003 through March 2006.
According to the announcement, the recall pertains to potentially faulty headlight assemblies. A poor contact in the headlight terminals can result in the splice pack melting, resulting in partial or complete loss of headlamp functionality.
