Very Clean Toyota Land Cruiser Fj60 Low Miles on 2040-cars
Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States
We will add more pictures tomorrow. If it turns out that the buyer is in Las Vegas or Southern California we will drive it down if you cover expenses. 1983 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60. Only a 2 owner vehicle. This is a very, very clean older SUV that has been well taken care of. Always properly maintained. Never been in an accident. This has very low miles. Under 107,000 original miles. This came from Southern California to Montana. No rust at all. Everything works very good. New top end last year, And all the smog stuff has been gone through. New pump and all new vaccume lines. Drives like new. No cracks in dash or windshield. Interior is very, very nice. We use mats on the floor. Never been treated rough or driven in rough terrain. Tried to show how clean the engine is but I'm not too good with the camera. No leaks. This is a well maintained Cruiser. Roof racks. Manuals. Rear tires are new. There are three flaws. Two fairly small dings on the upper rear right side. The previous owner was in his late eighties. Not very good at backing up I guess. He tried to fix them both,(the lower one with some bondo) Poor Job. It would be a cheap fix in a shop. It didn't bother us so we just left it as is. The other flaw is that the rear carpet isn't perfect. Please ask any questions you might have. Feel free to call. 208-360-1636 Buyer is responsible for shipping I will help any way I can. Selling As Is. Full payment due within 3 days of auction close. Bank wire transfer or cash. No Paypal. Thanks for looking.

2015 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro priced from $41,285*
Fri, 29 Aug 2014Just a few weeks after announcing pricing for the first two members of its TRD Pro Series, Toyota has finally dropped the final pricing details on its new Tundra TRD Pro. Like the Tacoma TRD Pro, the Tundra will be available in two different body styles, with a more affordable Double Cab and a roomier Crew Cab.
Prices start at $41,285 for the former and $43,900 for the latter - not counting a hefty $1,100 destination charge - effectively slotting Toyota's off-road-ready model between the $41,730, Double Cab Limited and $46,465, Crew Cab-only 1794 Edition trucks.
As we've covered previously, the TRD Pro models come with a raft of off-road gear that should help combat just about any terrain a driver may stumble across. TRD-tuned Bilstein shocks and TRD-tuned front springs add two inches to the big truck's ride height while the black, 18-inch TRD wheels and available Inferno Orange paint add a bit of visual sass. A new TRD dual exhaust system is also standard, which can confirm sounds great (review coming soon!).
2014 Toyota Corolla shows its new Euro-spec nose [w/poll]
Fri, 07 Jun 2013After tons of teasing, Toyota finally unveiled the all-new 2014 Corolla in the wee hours of the - at least to those of us here in the Midwest. The fresh new face of the US-spec car takes a number of cues from the Camry and Avalon sedans, and in S trim with the large alloy wheels and blacked-out front fascia, we'd even venture this is the most boldly styled North American Corolla to date (faint praise as that may be).
Of course, our friends in other markets will also be getting fully updated versions of the Corolla as well, and here, we're getting our first glimpse at the European-spec car, complete with a very different front fascia that, at least in this trim, seems to take a more conservative design approach. A quick poll of the Autoblog staff shows that we're torn as to whether or not we prefer this European look to our North American-specific car, but at least in the sporty-ish S trim, we think the Americans may have got the better end of the deal.
The Euro-spec Corolla actually shares a lot of its design with its larger platform-mate, the Auris, a car that we don't - and likely won't - get in the States. Inside, the European Corolla looks basically the same as the NA car, and while market-specific engines and specifications haven't been released yet, it's expected that the Corolla will share much of its dirty bits with the European Auris, as well.
Toyota Matrix not long for this world?
Thu, 18 Apr 2013According to a report from AutoGuide, Toyota doesn't have plans to replace the aging Matrix hatchback in the United States after this year. If true, the timing coincides with the replacement for the Corolla, on which the Matrix is based, with that car slated to get its first complete redesign since 2006 (2008 in the US market).
We'd love to tell you how many Matrix models were sold by Toyota in the United States last year, but the automaker chooses to bundle Matrix sales with Corolla sales, so we have no idea. That said, we have to assume sales of the hatchback don't contribute much overall to the total number of Corolla-based machines.
We're also unsure if Toyota will choose to exit the youth-oriented compact hatchback market entirely, or if the automaker will rely instead on its hybrid Prius line and Scion models like the xB and xD.
