2009 Toyota Matrix 4-door Silver Extra Warranty on 2040-cars

We bought this car used - Certified Pre-Owned - from a Toyota dealer. It has had one previous owner. The ONLY reason we are selling this car is because my husband landed a new job with a company vehicle and we no longer need this car or wish to make payments on it while it's sitting in the garage. It's in great condition and still has a premium extended warranty from Toyota that we purchased along with the vehicle up til 100,000 miles or May, 2015. It includes roadside assistance and also is transferable. The car is missing the floor mats and there are no mats in the trunk either. We bought it this way. It also has one small dent in a door about the size of a quarter and a few smaller, hardly noticeable dents probably from a shopping cart from previous owner. Other than that, the paint and body is in excellent condition and the inside is in great shape minus regular wear. We just had it detailed, although the car wash place did not remove some small glue spots left from when my husband had his iphone holder on the dash. That can be removed with Goo Gone and a good scrub. I also want to mention that "Clear" for eBay on the options above means the title is clean, not salvaged and has not been in any accidents. I had someone question that since "clear" often does mean "free and clear" like I have the title and own the car outright. I DO have a loan. In order to buy this car, we will have to arrange (with signed documents, bill of sale, etc.) to mail you (the buyer) or have you pick up the title once I receive it (which would probably take about a month). If necessary, we can go to the DMV together to transfer the car. If you'd like to come see the car in person, please email me and plan on being available after 6:00 PM during the week. Weekends we should be free all day for someone wanting to see it. I am willing to deliver the car to you upon list closing within an hour drive from Diamond Bar, CA on a weekend. PickupTrucks.com's latest test results in a familiar winner [w/video]
Wed, 19 Jun 2013PickupTrucks.com has gone and thrown the latest batch of half-ton pickups into a cage match to see who would come out on top. The site put the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, 2013 Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan through a battery of tests. Those included 0-60 miles per hour acceleration, 60-0 mph deceleration, fuel economy, a hill climb, and payload and towing. They even threw the rigs on an autocross course to evaluate overall handling. Each truck was given points based on how it scored in each evaluation.
Who came out on top? Somewhat surprisingly, the 2013 Ford F-150 walked away with the gold, though fewer than 50 points separated first and fourth place. 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser Ultimate Edition
Thu, 10 Jul 2014Introduced at the end of 2006, this is the last year for the Toyota FJ Cruiser, the reincarnated FJ40-series Land Cruiser that will shortly journey to Takama-ga-hara, the Plain of High Heaven. In its first model year, we drove it to SEMA and found it, shall we say, coarse. It bobbled on the freeway and droned in the cabin, its boxy interior providing four bounce-boards for unpleasant frequencies. Tall mirrors helped one work around the eclipse of vision aft of the B-pillars, but navigating traffic required forethought and technique. Its turning circle was measured in kilometers. For the first two years of its life, it needed premium gas. It may have been fun to look at, but we couldn't wait to get out of it.
That's not the case anymore, and now the FJ Cruiser is poised to join a long list of vehicles that got better and better, then got axed.

2014 Toyota Camry to get 'significant' attention?
Sun, 24 Nov 2013With competition from Ford, Chevrolet, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda and Nissan mounting, Toyota is getting set to unveil a refreshed version of its Camry sedan a mere two years after it was fully redesigned.
According to a report from Bloomberg, Toyota's move to freshen the still young Camry comes as it seeks to retain its US sales crown in the midsize segment. That desperation has lead to increased incentives and fleet sales in a bid to keep its title, all while trying to keep pace with a slew of very competent competitors.
"It's safe to say we'll be doing something with it," Bill Fay, group vice president of the Toyota brand in the US, told Bloomberg during last week's LA Auto Show. "We'll be paying significant attention to Camry next year."
