I have a very nice 2004 Toyota Sequoia. It has 99,640 miles on it. It is my daily drive so the miles will change slightly. It is a 4x4 SR5 package. It has a moonroof. It has power doors, window, locks and mirrors. It has a power seat. It has a roof rack and running boards. It seats seven comfortably with a removable third row. It is in very good condition. It was undercoated. I had the 90k miles service done last year which is the most extensive service there is in the reccomended factory service schedule. They changed the transmission fluid the differential fluid and the trans axel fluid. They changed all the filters. I had the tires and brakes done at the same time they have about 9k miles on them. It has a factory tow package. It has rear heat and air conditiong controls. Everything works great on it. It drives as smooth as it did when it was new. It has served me very well and will continue to do so for the next owner. I do have it for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the aution at any time. Thanks for looking.

New drifting world record set in Toyota GT86

We have entered a drifting arms race. Last year, BMW smashed the Guinness World Record for the longest drift by hanging the tail out for 51.3 miles around a wet skid pad in an M5 at the BMW Performance Driving School in South Carolina. That beat the previous milestone of nearly seven miles. Now, Bimmer's record is up in smoke as well and is in the possession of a Toyota.
German driver Harald Müller pummeled the old record to drift for 89.55 miles around a 0.15-mile (235.5-meter) course in Samsun, Turkey, in a Toyota GT86 (or Scion FR-S as it's known in the US). According to the Guinness World Records website, it took him 612 laps and 2 hours, 25 minutes and 18 seconds to manage the achievement. Sit back to watch a few minutes of the German's two and a half hours behind the wheel with the tail out.

Toyota launches Pixis Space; first kei cars are Daihatsus in drag

Toyota has announced that it will unveil its first-ever kei car to be sold under its recently launched Pixis sub-brand. The vehicle, called the Pixis Space, will make its official debut in late September. Based on the Daihatsu Move Conte, the Pixis Space will be sold at Toyota dealerships through what the automakers calls "Pixis stations." Yes, seriously.
After Toyota's version of the Daihatsu Move Conte makes its debut, the Japanese automaker will launch a Pixis-badged Daihatsu Hijet truck and microvan in December. By the end of 2012, Toyota says it will launch a Pixis version of the upcoming Daihatsu e:S - a vehicle that returns 70.6 miles per gallon (U.S.) as measured under Japan's JC08 test cycle.
In case you weren't aware, Daihatsu - Japan's oldest manufacturer of automobiles - operates under the control of Toyota. In other words, these Pixis machines are simply badge engineering at the kei level.
