This was a rare find for me.. Toyota Tundra/ Single Cab/ Short Bed/ 4x4/ 5.7 i-Force V8 Engine rated at 380HP as
claimed by Toyota; 6 Speed Auto Trans.
Anyway, here it is:
-Interior: 40/20/40 Bucket Seats with HD Graphite Vinyl. "Buddy" seat in the center lets down into a dual cup
holder console with multiple storage..Also Overhead Storage..also another dual cup holder pulls out from dash when
center seat is in use; Front Dual Control A/C; Overhead Console; Tilt Steering;
-Audio: 4-speakers/ AM-FM w/CD Player and MP3 decoder(what ever that is)
-Safety: 4-Wheel Disc Brakes; ABS Brakes; Dual Front, Side, & Knee Impact Airbags with Occupant Sensing; Speed
Sensing Control; Electronic Stability Control; Traction Control; Tow/Haul Control; Low Tire Pressure Warning; Brake
Assist Sensor..
-Power and Heated Side Mirrors..
-Transmission: 6-speed OD auto with Electronic Tow/Haul Control on Shifter with manual selection when Towing..

-Tinted Windows @35%-20% shade made of Ceramic (much cooler than carbon) also added a 6"strip across top of
windshield @15%..Added Bug Shield and Window Visors at the same shop(Klassy of Peachtree City, Fayette Co unty..(I
have removed Bug Shield but still have it)

-New Cooper Zeon LTZ Tires 285x60x18 with Tire Pressure Sensors as from factory: Installed Sept 2014 @ 17000 miles.
(purchased at Summit)..
-New 18x9 WORX Wheels (part#801-89505SB/+25 offset)with new set of Pro-Comp Lug Nuts.. NOTE: I still have all
factory wheels/ tires and lug nuts..
-Changed Headlights and Tail Lights with: Anso Projector Headlight w/CCFL Halo, Clear Lens, Black Housing (Summit
p/n 111174); Anso LED Tail Lights Amber/Black Lens, Chrome Housing(Summit p/n 311092) NOTE: I still have All

-New Professionlly installed TRD Sway Bar with Custom Mtg Kit (p/n PTR1134070)..

What's in a trademark? Sometimes, the next iconic car name

The United States Patent and Trademark Office is a treasure trove for auto enthusiasts, especially those who double as conspiracy theorists.
Why has Toyota applied to trademark "Supra," the name of one of its legendary sports cars, even though it hasn't sold one in the United States in 16 years? Why would General Motors continue to register "Chevelle" long after one of the most famous American muscle cars hit the end of the road? And what could Chrysler possibly do with the rights to "313," the area code for Detroit?
Shuttle-hauling Tundra finds permanent home in science exhibit
Mon, 03 Jun 2013The idea of lifting a full-size pickup truck completely off the ground by hand might seem as likely as, say, said pickup truck towing a 150,000-pound space shuttle, but... hurray, physics! The same Toyota Tundra that towed the Space Shuttle Endeavour to its final resting place at the California Science Center is now on permanent display there as an exhibit that shows how a lever works.
Like all levers, this exhibit uses a fulcrum allowing people other than Superman to lift the 5,625-pound pickup (plus an extra 1,000 pounds for the rig). That's almost as impressive as the Tundra pulling 17 times its rated towing capacity back in October. Regardless, Toyota is once again cashing in on the publicity stunt and visitors to the science center get a live demonstration of a simple machine - we call that a win-win.
Toyota mints 10-millionth vehicle in Kentucky
Fri, 30 May 2014In 26 years, from 1988 up to now, the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky plant in Georgetown has built ten million vehicles - nearly enough for every citizen of Seoul, Korea or the nation of Hungary. The first car to roll off the line back when the claymation California Raisins were singing old Marvin Gaye hits and everybody wanted to know Who Framed Roger Rabbit? was a white Camry. The ten-millionth car to roll off the line among the Avalons and Venzas also produced there: a white Camry Hybrid.
Toyota has put $5.9 billion into the site since its inception, employment is up to 7,000 associates and will grow when Lexus ES350 assembly begins next year. Whereas car number one is a showpiece for the ages, one of the automaker's current associates will get to win the ten-millionth car in a blind drawing to be held this summer.
