More projects than I have time remaining so I am wanting to find someone to put this car back on the road. This is a great project car, it comes with 90% of the new parts necessary to put it back on the road, it does have rust but I have ALL OF THE NEW SHEETMETAL to replace the bad panels. New sheetmetal and trim that will go with the car include; right and left inner and outer rocker panels, right and left inner and outer quarter panels, Right and left floor panels, inner and outer rear valence, deck lid, soft top retaining bar, soft top, complete interior trim pkg., complete interior trunk panel pkg. and numerous other mechanical and trim parts. All of these parts are new from Moss, Victoria British and English Parts.com. The named parts alone total over $4000 not to mention the $1500 worth of new misc. parts. The drive train is good and would only need the standard fixes associated with a car that has been stored for a number of years. Please give me a call if you have a genuine interest in the car, I would be happy to talk about the car. The car will need to be trailered to it's destination. I would consider transporting at a very reasonable rate. I can be reached anytime at 504-251-7886 Tony

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack
Sun, 21 Sep 2014Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
