1976 Triumph TR6 in good condition.Runs very good, all controls work well including trunk and map light.I have changed all the fluids and tuned up,adjusting the carburetors, timing, points, etc.I flushed the brakes, adjusted them and put in new brake fluid.all of the rubber was replaced when the car was recently refinished using Dupont base/clear coat. The door jambs, trunk and engine compartment,as well as the inside of the doors and both lids were stripped and resprayed.the car as you can see is very fresh and tidy.I would say a driver quality repaint having some imperfections here and there. The top is good except two small tears which were repaired from the prior owner not undoing the top before folding.A nice driver which presents itself well.Call 540 447-4389 for details or questions. The title shows 90,000,the prior owner replaced the speedometer and says he probably put 16,000 miles on the car.
Relisted due to buyer backing out of the deal due to an emergency. |

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack
Sun, 21 Sep 2014Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
