Since this vehicle is listed for sale locally, I reserve the right to end the auction at any time due to prior sale of the vehicle. I will be glad to discuss the sale of the car prior to the end of the eBay auction!!!!!! So let me say if you are interested do not wait!!!        I WILL NOT SEND OUT ANY SECOND CHANCE OFFERS/ANYTHING, I will talk to people on the phone that I buy a car from or sell a car too!!!

Inspections of vehicles (by appointment only) must be completed within 24 hours before the END of the auction.

I constantly hear horror stories of SCAMS and PEOPLE THAT BID    WITH NO INTENTION OF BUYING. Please be advised.      I will not fall for any scams,   you cannot mail me, or send cashier’s checks for more than the car is worth and have me mail the difference  back,  etc. etc. don’t waste my time or yours if you are traveling, on a oil rig,  offshore job,  etc. etc.

 Please don’t bother with those emails!...................Any bidder with feedback of less than 10 must call or email before bidding or I will cancel the bid.

This vehicle is for sale locally if the car sells here first the auction will come to an end immediately. An initial $1,000.00 deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end,   Then the balance to be paid in full within 7 days of auction end.  Funds to be a Bank wire transferred or cash.   Any certified checks will have to fully clear all banks prior to new owner taking possession (7-10 days min.). Seller warrants to Buyer it has good and marketable title to said property, full authority to sell and transfer said property, and that said property is sold free of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever. Seller has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the Vehicle, and believes to the best of the Seller's knowledge that the Vehicle being sold is in good operating condition.

Said Vehicle is "SOLD AS IS" condition. - sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Please realize you are buying a used vehicle and repairs will be part of your ownership and not our responsibility or liability to help you with these costs no matter when and if they happen. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid or buy based upon that judgment solely. Any 3rd party inspections will be done at seller’s location before auction close. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Buyer of this vehicle agrees to the terms of this “AS _ IS “sale buy bidding or buying.
