We all know that the financial times right now are tough. With the stock market being so volatile and investments becoming less valuable, many people are turning to the classic car market to invest their money. Putting your money into a hard asset that you can enjoy everyday is becoming a very popular option, especially now when the marketplace is lower then it’s been in many years. We invite you to put your money into a vehicle that is fun to own and brings back memories of when you were younger.

We offer financing through two of the best lenders in the industry. If you visit www.jjbest.com or www.woodsidecredit.com they are currently offering very attractive rates for all collector and special interest automobiles. General Motors' first major redesign post-World War II, the Advance Design series was billed as a bigger, stronger, and sleeker design. First available on Saturday June 28, 1947, these trucks were sold with various minor changes over the years until March 25, 1955, when the Task Force Series trucks replaced the aging Advance Design model.
From 1947 until 1955, Chevrolet trucks were number one in sales in the United States.

A few changes occurred in 1950, new telescopic shock absorbers replace lever-action type. 1950 was the last year for driver's side cowl vent; its handle is now flat steel, not a maroon knob as in previous years. 1950 also brought new serial number codes: HP 1/2 ton, HR 3/4 ton, & HS 1 ton.

MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present the beautiful 1950 Chevrolet Pickup you see pictured. This particular era of trucks is also referred to as the “Advance Design” series which was built to be bigger, stronger and sleeker than ever before. The ’50 you see here has benefitted from a tasteful restoration and looks stunning!

Finished in two tone metallic burgundy, the paint is excellent condition and we are hard pressed to find imperfections! The body is in excellent condition and looks like it did back in its prime. This truck came equipped with running boards and an oak wood bed floor that has been recently replaced and looks stunning! The chrome on the truck looks great and appears to have either been replaced or re-chromed in the recent past. Overall, this truck shows tremendously well.

Inside, the truck has been finished in gray. The seats are wrapped in a gray cloth/vinyl combination which looks excellent. There are no notable signs of wear or imperfections to be found on the seat. The door panels, headliner and carpet are all in great shape as well. The dashboard appears to remain original and looks awesome. There has been a newer GM AM/FM/Cassette added to the dashboard.

Under the hood, you’ll find a clean engine bay. The 235 cubic inch Inline 6 engine, casting number 3837004 is attached to a manual transmission. The pickup sits upon a set of 15” color matched wheels with chrome Chevrolet center caps that are wrapped in newer P215/75B15 tires.

This is truly a beautiful pickup and would make a great addition to any collection. The VIN is H8M20648 and the mileage currently shows 02,653. This truck is being sold on a clean and clear Illinois title. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!
