We are the original owners of the car. We ordered it from BMW the day the new model was announced. This is my wife's car. She drives it around our city with our kids so it has been very well taken care of and gently driven. It has never been in any accidents. BMW's are one of the most advanced and reliable cars available and you will be very happy with this car.
Upgraded features (see last photo): Premium Package, Panoramic Roof, Bluetooth, Rear Climate Control, Tinted Glass, Navigation System, Heated Front Seats, 3rd Row Seating and Self Dimming Exterior Mirrors.
Why are we selling?
We've owned the car for 5-1/2 years and it's time for a new one. There are no issues...it still feels like a new car.

Service Record: All scheduled service appointments were made on time.
Accident History: No accidents ever!
Odometer: 57,446 miles, but still lightly driven until sold.
Tires: Replaced Feb 2011 so they have roughly 16,000 miles on them. Plenty of tread remaining.
Brakes: I'm not sure when they were replaced last, but they might be getting low.
Battery: The battery was replaced in December 2012 (over $200) so it'll be good for at least another 3-4 years.
Keys: Yes, I have boths keys, plus the valet key.
Warranty: None. There was a 4 year, 48,000 mi warranty, but it expired.
2 Known Issues (see photos):
1) Dings: I see 3 very small dings on the driver's side. They are not obvious. You have to look at a specific angle.
2) Over the years, there were a couple of very small knicks in the paint. They were all touched up and are not easily visible.
3) Interior: In general, the interior is in great shape, but over the years the rear trunk area has been rubbed/scratched on the plastic from taking things in and out. It's normal wear and tear, but please see the photos.
